I think this clock is gorgeous. Seriously! It looks like a very expensive clock, like it's made with platinum. That's why, when my first order was making a clicking sound, I contacted the seller to see if there was a remedy. I just wanted to keep my clock, so I was willing to fix it myself. They assured me it was supposed to be completely silent and offered a refund, which I accepted. I then promptly used that refund to buy the same clock again. Lol. The second clock is perfect. It's just as nice looking and doesn't make a single sound. The time is always accurate. There are some very tiny imperfections, but you really have to be looking for them to spot them. The clock looks nice, though readability can be an issue if you get light reflecting off of it. The main issue is that, after a few weeks, we noticed it was running slow. Adjusted it a few times, but then it stopped. We have replaced the batteries 3 times since then, but have finally accepted that the thing just doesn't work right. We are past the return window but will have to buy a new clock. UPDATE - Since posting my original review, the seller (Foxtop direct) reached out to us and offered an unconditional refund. Based on the number of other positive reviews, I would conclude we just had bad luck with ours, and I appreciate the seller trying to make it right. ... show more
