A great rug for what you are paying. My son wanted a rug for his room and picked this one out. I am not sure that it would hold up to a lot of wear and tear, spills, cleanings, etc., but we are very happy with it. We have used the handheld vacuum on it and taken it out to shake it and both work well. It is very soft, but could use a pad under it. I personally have it on carpet next to my bed so as far as knowing whether it is slip resistant, I can’t honestly answer that. I got the white one it washes up well I let it air dry. This rug arrived in a shrunk packaging. I didn't think it would be as beautiful as the picture. I unfolded it and laid it out. It had a terrible smell, but it went away in a day. The rug is easy to clean and fluffs right back up. I love the color. The best feature is the super soft feeling.

This rug came well packaged DID NOT smell when taken out of the vacuum sealed wrap. Great quality. Not to think. Perfect for kids. Laid flat soon as it hit the floor and did not move. It is the softest thing you will ever stand on. 100% recommend.
