I just throw it in the washing machine and then in the dryer and it comes out so fluffy. I like that it came in different sizes so you can choose the size that is right for your area. More importantly, it feels so good under your feet. It comes in a bag and box and it is compressed, but when you open it up and fluff it like it tells you to, it is a very fluffy and comfortable rug. I personally have it on carpet next to my bed so as far as knowing whether it is slip resistant, I can’t honestly answer that. I got the white one it washes up well I let it air dry.
