    • Good surface finish. Tricky installtion.
Produces a great finish on hard wood. Installation of cutters is tricky. No torque spec. was provided that I could find. Too tight and the cutter shatters. Too loose and the screw backs out during operation!. Broke 3 cutters. Needs Loctite. We'll have to see how they hold up over time.

Produces a good finish, but you will still need to sand. Runs much quieter than the original blades. Easy installation into my Dewalt planer. I’ve run walnut, maple, and purple heart with no problems.

    • Drive gear doesn’t fit

Installing requires that you remove the drive gear from the factory cutter head and install in the new cutter head. The threads are pitched incorrectly so the drive gear won’t fit!

    • What’s the damn bolt size?
Came with no instructions, link, or otherwise, though all stated as in box was! The pulley housing bolt is the most mysterious items ever! The one that I removed for my planner did not fit on the Foxbc! I could not find anything anywhere with the size, thread count, pitch, or anything. Not only no information on what is supposed to fit! Very frustrating! I’ll let you know how it works if it ever does! ... show more
