I bought these back in June when my other (less costly) readers snapped in two and I couldn't go out of the house and look at anything. It was a leap of faith for me to buy something like this without having tried them on and they were more expensive than other readers but they are excellent! They are well made and the design is excellent for me as I have a smaller face. No distortion in the lens as you sometimes get with other readers. I use them for work, when I shop and everything else so I must put them on and take them off 30 or more times a day and they still look like new. I have never bought a Foster Grant product before but now I'm all in; the other cheap ones are just that-cheap and they snap and fall part in no time. I thought these would be great glasses but the lens cracked after two months of gentle use. I don't take them out of the house - they are used just for computer use. I am disappointed in the quality of these glasses.

I love these reading glasses so much I don't wear any other reading glasses and I have several other pairs. They may seem a little pricey when you can get three pairs for as much as you spend for these or even less, but let me tell you, these are worth every penny. I have worn reading glasses for years and I could tell the difference when I put them on. Things are clearer and they even seem to stay cleaner longer. I was told by my hairdresser a friend of hers had proclaimed Foster Grants as the best reading glasses she every got, and I agree. ... show more
