I really like the daily planning pages. It helps me keep up with doctor's appointments and when to get refills and just daily notes related to health issues. The only thing I'm really missing is the planning note lines on the monthly calendar. Otherwise, great amont of space for reminder notes on each day. The outside is sturdy, nice design and quality. I haven't gotten it all set up yet, but it does have pages for contacts in the back as well as a pocket for papers. Closes with an elastic band, has a pen holder on side also. ... show more

This appears to be well made and the cover is sturdy. It has 2 page marking ribbons. The only negative is that the elastic loop is too small to hold an average size pen.
