After years of the 3 piece faucet that was in my kitchen we finally got sick of its problems and decided to purchase a new faucet, something we had been avoiding. I loved this style but couldn’t find one for under $400, so I was shocked and skeptical to find it for under $50 on amazon. We had a little trouble getting it screwed in but that was due to the lack of space between the sink and faucet under the cabinet. Otherwise it went in real easy and the instructions were simple. I have seen a lot of people complaining about the instructions but they made plenty of sense. The water pressure in this faucet is UNREAL! It has much more pressure than our old faucet. The weight holds the hose down so the sprayer sits snug in the holder, and the hose extends plenty so you don’t even have to turn the mount, The mount moves smoothly and the sprayer button clicks back and forth well. No issues with dripping. Finish looks great! the only thing I really noticed is the handle does twist loose. ... show more

It's a great faucet for the price. It looks amazing and it works fantastic. The only things I'm not a big fan of were the installation instructions really sucked. Luckily I'm very handy and I figured it out. Next thing is that no matter how much I tighten the nut at the bottom, the faucet still comes a little loose while I'm rotating the head left to right. Lastly is the handle on the on/off/temperature knob is only screwed on and it keeps coming undone. I fixed it by placing some thread sealer on the threads, but you shouldn't have to do that. ... show more

Really loved this when I first installed it. After a few weeks it started getting difficult to toggle between spray and stream but still worked right most of the time. After only 3 months of use it is stuck somewhere between the two settings and the toggle button does nothing. I'm going to have to replace it and of course its outside the return window. ... show more

Should have known the price was too good to be true. The faucet I got had two issues- 1) the clamping mechanism that holds the faucet to the countertop failed right away during installation. The threads stripped out when only moderately tightened. That's a deal breaker right there, there is nothing you can do to work around this problem. but, 2). the faucet valve was also leaking internally when I turned the water supplies on. There's nothing you can do as a tradesman to fix this; its a manufacturing defect and renders the whole faucet useless. Thanks, China. ... show more

Installed per instructions but it doesn’t work, no water is coming out. There was a bit of dirty water first and then it stopped. Something is blocking the water at the sprayer head or in the second part of the black wire

I'm an average joe so take what i say with a grain of salt. This faucet seems pretty good so far. Installation was somewhat easy. Unfortunately, in my case, I had a 3 hole through the granite counter top so needed the plate which almost made it too tall to thread the fastener under the sink. After struggling a while, i did get it to work and it is installed. It turned what is normally 5 minutes into a 30 minute struggle. Would appreciate a little more length with the threading on the faucet. Otherwise, was a breeze to install Also, the faucet head isn't as far out as I expected. And it is pointed straight down. So if you have the faucet holes on 1 side of the sink rather than centered between the two, you might prefer another option. This one barely reaches the corner of one of the sides of the sink. Something to think about. It does look great! Feels like good quality and hope it will last a while. Came with everything I needed. The faucet head did seem to have some issues but got a cheap replacement and water is flowing great! ... show more

Faucet was easy to install but the quality is very poor. The faucet handle keeps uncrewing again and again. The front part of the faucet is made of cheap plastic and it broke in less than 2 months. Absolute waste of money. Do not buy this faucet.

*I've never installed another faucet or have experience with faucets First off, I'm not the brightest. I shopped in store at the major box stores trying this type of faucet out, when handling in store some of these faucets seemed loose/droopy when seating the sprayer head. I thought it was a lower quality thing that the sprayer head didn't seat properly back into the latch. So I didnt buy. Then saw this faucet. So it turns out it was just poorly setup displays at the stores... There is a heavy rubber clamp that goes onto the sprayer head hose that 1. limits how far the head can be pulled, and 2. with its weight it pulls the sprayer down into its seat. ~~This faucet always seats nicely into the holder. That is a big deal on these faucets.~~ BUT you'll notice in pics 4&5 there is a couple lips on the sprayer pivot area. This gets caught on the end of the sprayer guide. This only happens if you remove the sprayer from the seat then allow it to retract all the way up. Mildly annoying, mfg'er shouldve made it a smooth area. Also have a plan for your old sprayer if you have one, I wasn't thinking. I am going to replace mine with a garbage disposal button. Installation is easy. BUT you will need a proper pipe wrench. The terrible part here is the location of the nut in relation to the sink. I could only get barely a quarter turn before hitting the sink. Also there is two screws that are supposed to be tightened, not sure what for. I had a second person help me, I believe it is possible with one person, but two is recommended so someone can hold the tall heavy faucet and line it up. It is aligned by eye, there is no bolts to keep it aligned. With my previous faucet there was two outer bolts that aligned and centered the whole faucet but this does not have it. The second pic shows the gap from the shower base at the ends. Since its only fastened in the middle, the ends bow up. causing a hairline gap. Nothing silicone cant fix. Overall it felt as though the design engineers had never actually installed this faucet in real life, which always frustrates me. The pressure is great. The regular faucet is as expected and the sprayer is perfect. It is wide so its not as aggressive as I had hoped, but somehow its a lot stronger than my stock plastic one. Also somehow I believe the water from this faucet is both hotter and colder (my old faucet was builders grade). Supply lines are plenty long for floor mounted lines. You will need: 5/8" wrench (supply fittings) Pipe wrench (faucet nut) Silicone (around base) ... show more
