After flying it several times over the past year, one of the propeller blades fell off. We noticed an email address in the instructions and sent a request for a new blade. They responded immediately and sent a whole package of new propeller blades right away by UPS! And they did so with a smile. Really enjoyed having this product was very fun for kids Issue is that it’s very weak 2nd day of using it one of the top wings broke off and can’t even repair it. Once I decided to look at reviews I noticed that a remote was supposed to come with it I never got it. If purchasing this product it’s really fun but not gonna last at all so be prepared ****** Update***** Customer service for the win I recently had them at 1 Star as review above The customer service attempted to reach me twice to make it right after getting one that had little issue they wanted pictures to try and see if this issue can be resolved for any future products. Normally a lot of these manufacturers don’t care about their reviews as long as they are selling products but this company went above and beyond. They are sending me a complete new orbiter no charge to see if I just had a bad one. And of course would like to hear back after new one is received. Just at the reacting and quick responsive customer service I’m giving them a 5 star review ... show more

This product was the worse I have ever purchased from Amazon. I advise you not even take this product. The flaps broke way too fast and the biggest problem is that it doesn't even fly. I recommend anyone not to buy this piece. I left all the stars above blank cause it doesn't even deserve a one in my book not even a half of a star. My son loves these types of toys and it broke his heart when it didn't even fly or do anything but fall to the ground. By the way my son was 8 and now 9 ... show more

Got this as a gift for my grandson and it keeps falling to the ground. I had gotten one for his brother about 9 years ago and that one worked like a charm. Definitely disappointed in this.
