My biggest concern with my Foldable is the quality of the case. I did not want ANY cheap case as I would worry for the fit of the device (especially that this is a folding device) and something that could put extra pressure on the hinge. I was looking at the official Samsung ones (as you would assume are the best fit, protection, quality etc) but they don't have hinge protection. Also, the one that comes with a rubber strap didn't look super sturdy to hold up the phone. The deal breaker was that I watched a review showing the wireless charging contact wasn't perfect and gave issues on the case with the strap. I can't confirm that, however when you look at cases for these phones, a lot of marketing/titles specify they can wirelessly charge without effort lol I have been looking for a case that can have a stand (like the nintendo switch/microsoft surface) and can also wirelessly charge. This is the case! I have no issues wirelessly charging my Z Fold 5. The stand is PERFECT as it acts like a tablet with it. You may be asking yourself: if samsung doesn't put hinge protection on their official cases, there must be a reason right? I thought the same as I didn't want anything interfering with the hinge at all. However, I did some research and the hinge cover isn't mainly for drop protection, it is for dust not to get into the hinge mechanism. This again delivers. The build quality feels top notch. it has more of a rubbery matte feel which is very premium, it fits the phone perfectly and I didn't struggle at all! The front has its own screen protector and the hinge protection is just a magnetic flap that feels premium. It does all add weight to the phone, but the profile is very thin. Bottom line: If you want a premium case that case wirelessly charge with no issues and has a perfect stand to act as a tablet. This is it. Not to mention, I think this is the ONLY do it all case for the Z Fold 5 as I haven't found anything else this feature rich to unlock the experience of the Z Fold 5. I would have easily paid $100 for this, so get it. There are 2 versions, get the one I left the review for (the switch/surface style large stand, not the small bike looking stand one) ... show more

I got this for my brand new zfold5. Considering that there are not a bunch to choose from, and I wanted something to protect the screen and the hinge, so decided to give this one a try. First impressions: the case is beautiful, it fits perfectly and snug to the phone, not slippery at all perfect goo grip. I read some reviews stating that the front is keep coming off, I did experience that. The hidden stand is handy went streaming. My phone survived a few drops from my kids. Now a down side: the stand is for one side streaming only and made hard to access the volume keys and lock. On part of the hinge protector spring came out at so point (due to my kids abusing it. lol. and did make marks on the side of my phone. I was able to put it back but the plastic a little broken. So, I reached out to customer service ( THEY ARE WONDERFUL BY THE WAY) they apologize for the bad experience and offer a refund or replacement. Because the case stands to my expectations I took a replacement(red). I am really pleased with this case and surly will recommend it. ... show more

The amount of cases out there for the z fold 5 range from super cheap to geez, I can buy a nice dinner for this price. This case in my opinion, ticks off all the boxes in usability, practicality, and price. Construction: polycarbonate plastic. The inside of the case as a small felt material which keeps the case from scratching through phone so that's good Pluses: 1. It protects all over, including the hinge. It will bulk up your phone with wise because of this but that's a worthwhile compromise. The rest of the case sticks out about 2-3mm on all sides 2. There is a kickstand included, and while it opens in 1 angle, it works well. You can't use the back camera while this is open because the kickstand will block the lens. 3. The red color is 👍 4. The screen protector integrates with the front cover. It's ok (blocks a little more light than I like) but that also means you buy 1 less thing for your phone. 5. You can wirelessly charge! Not every case boasts this ability. Minuses: 1. The button cut out for the finger print sensor is smaller than other cases I bought, which means you need to squeeze in more to touch the sensor. You will get used to it. 2. The up and down volume buttons are part of the plastic case and are a little hard to press. 3. Probably the most annoying thing is the front screen protector. Because how you hold the phone, you will subconsciously squeeze the case, which cases the screen protector to move off the screen ever so slightly. This causes a rainbow smear on the front screen at times. It will go away if you adjust the case, but it will come back because you will squeeze the phone slightly as you hold the phone in folded mode. Overall, I do like it, and other than the 🌈 I see sometimes, it's a keeper. ... show more

5 months into ownership, have tried two other fold 5 cases previously. Here is my honest review. Pros - It's sturdy and protects the front screen. - It's relatively thin. - I've dropped my phone four times now, once on gravel and once in the open configuration, and it's left only one scratch on the case with no damage to my phone. - The stand is nice. - There's no adhesive to keep the case on. Cons - When I've put my phone in a bag, the front side of the case has slid a couple of millimeters off due to the movement. It's never come all the way off or even close to halfway off and is a snug fit. ... show more
