After messing with other phone cases, this one delivered. My phone is encased, front back and sides, with a tough shell and still looks professional and classy. It’s better than an Otterbox at a quarter of the price. For the life of me I cannot get my phone in this case! I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I have been pretty aggressive. And I have even had help. But no one seems to be able to get my phone into this case. I have checked and re-checked, I purchased that case that matched my phone type, iPhone XS MAX. I can get half the phone in and that's it. I had already applied one of the screen protectors so I am unable to return this now and I am just stuck with it. I am sure that with much more force I will do damage to my phone in some way. Either to the screen or the back glass. The only positive thing I have to say about this case is that it is very sturdy and well made. Its very thick and I don't doubt it would be very protective. If I could use it. The screen protector was a little difficult to apply, I prefer the ones that come with the screen guide so I know mine is on a little crooked for sure right now. I have no idea if its any good though since I haven't really dropped it or anything yet. I'm hesitant to tell you to buy this because of fit issues, but it appears only one other person had that problem in the reviews besides me. I gave this 5 stars on durability and sturdiness but 1 for value since it was a waste of money for me. ... show more
