Initially thought the screen was perfect it looks the same as my previous screen & everything seemed to be working perfectly fine until i had to use face id for passwords. Face ID doesn’t work at all. Keeps saying unavailable, i did put the old screen on & face id worked so it’s apparently the screen which sucks bc i cant access passwords that are Apple created, not saying its this screen specifically bc i was told apple will disable face id if the new screen is not an apple product just something to be aware of before replacing the screen with non apple certified products. ... show more

Came nicely packaged, fast, and for the most part was easy to understand how to replace. The color coded tools and magnetic screw mat was extremely helpful. Would buy again. Thank you. *I would like to add that since I made this review, I had an issue with one of the phones and the seller and I communicated. The seller was knowledgeable and offered a replacement immediately. The issue turned out to not be due to the screen and i didn't need a replacement. I haven't had any problems since. I just wanted to say thanks to the seller for the quick help and the offer to send a replacement without question. I will for sure use this seller again if I need anything they have to offer. My phone started having feedback issues with the touch screen, so I thought I’d try to replace it myself. It was super easy to take apart and the video made the installation easy enough with all the tiny pieces. But once I got it all back together, restarted, and back on; the Face ID feature doesn’t work anymore. I reset Face ID and tried to reenable it but it says it’s not available at this time. The product is labeled that it has Face ID capability but I’m unsure if it does or if it’s faulty. I don’t think it’s worth it to take it back apart and troubleshoot or replace it. I’ll be fine with my passcode. Still good bang for your buck regardless of the Face ID issue. ... show more

This screen does work and has everything you need to replace it, but like a cheap watch it has a massive black stripe around the edge and the screen isn’t actually centered so the black stripe is bigger at the bottom. The black is a terrible blue black that looks awful in comparison to the screen I replaced and the resolution is terrible and not nearly as sharp. I won’t be buying a nameless brand ever again - it’s not worth the savings if you spend much time looking at your screen, like I do. But, hey, it does work? ... show more

overall this product did work and my new screen came out just fine. my two complaints have to do with the fact that there were no instructions for installation i had to go to youtube to find a video and thank goodness i found one with the exact product. my second complaint has to do with the really crappy suction cup provided and needed in one of the first steps, which then resulted in me having to use one found around my home. other than those two things i’m pleased with the end result. ... show more
