The QR Code installation video needs improvement. There is no verbal instructions included in the video. They also should use the same tools in their video that they supply with the screen. I would suggest a YouTube video with audible instructions especially if this is your first time. I had an issue with a cracked screen and the seller contacted me and made it right by sending out another screen kit. The second replacement is working great with no issues. Thank you seller for doing right by your customers. Remember, this is a NON-OEM product so you will get a screen error message that appears the first time you turn the phone on. It’s not a big deal.
