purchased this after attempting many other modalities to relieve my plantar fascists. Tried night splints, cortisone injections, orthotics and heel cups prior with some relief. Bought this foot log after doing some research and it is far more effective than any tennis ball! Twelve weeks later I am pain free! Really work wonders for me, and for the first time I feel my plantar fasciitis is actually healed! No more pain and I am happy! Omgoodness! I am in love! I think I would not be able to do my job, on my feet for 9 hrs a day, if it was not for this jem! And I have severe plantar fasciitis....I have no idea how to spell that.....is amazing for my football and volleyball players too.
