My 1 y.o smashed blackberries into the carpet, so I contacted a dry cleaners and was quoted $220 to clean the carpet. It didn’t even cost that much to buy!! I decided to try this instead. When we bought our house the entire carpet in my kid’s room looked like the first picture. I assumed I’d have to replace the carpet. I bought this spray thinking maybe I could get some of the stains out for the meantime while we wait til we can replace it. I was so shocked when I saw the stains starting to disappear before my eyes before I even started scrubbing. This stuff took out every dark stain. It took me about an hour to do the entire room. I definitely had to scrub and blot but the carpet is like new. The only stains that didn’t come up all the way was ones that my own kid did, with dry erase marker. I know this isn’t magic I would like to point out that I scrubbed it as much as I could to get the 5+ years old stains out of the mattress. Don’t judge. This was owned by a momma of 2 . The stains are probably pee and juice or chocolate milk . It took me 2 hrs . I have a water vacuum so that helped a lot . But the product overall did an amazing job I’m surprised it worked this good and no smell at all . Easy to use . My only wish is probably to be stronger for old stains . I used Folex on some old dog urine stains (I foster dogs, it happens). I've had the carpet in that area professionally cleaned 3 times, but the stains always returned after a few days. As a final attempt to remove the stains before being forced to purchase new carpeting I decided to try Folex. I was blown away by the effectiveness of this product. I just followed the instructions and the stains disappeared. Two weeks later the stains have not reappeared. Folex saved me a great deal of money.i have recommended the product to family and friends and they've been amazed at the effectiveness as well. In the past I've tried almost every product out there for pet stains with minimal success, but Folex was the game changer. PACKAGING: I ordered 2 bottles of Folex from Amazon. I just opened them to discover the one bottle was just shrink-wrapped, and the other bottle was in shrink wrap and was also placed in a plastic bag...BECAUSE THE BOTTLE WAS LEAKING! What kind of quality control does Amazon employ if they knowingly send you a leaking bottle? I'm not sure you can see that it also leaked into the plastic bag it was in and the box was also wet on the bottom. Ridiculous. The bottle is still in the shrink wrap, but is now leaking all over my counter. I will now have to take my time to return the item they knowingly sent damaged. Not happy. ... show more
