This stool is super cute. I use it for a multitude of things mainly as a squat potty with it works very well as. It's very easy to open and close as well as store due to its thinness. The durability and stability seems to be good when I stand on it (I'm 218 lbs) but it dose creek abit (again I am trying to loose weight so it could be my size). Pros: Sturdy, have not had a wobble or balance issue Foldable, stores easily in a small space Cons: Our 3 year old uses this step stool every day to wash his hands. The collapsable nature of this stool makes it compact for storage compared to other fixed stools. This allows us to pull this stool out when our toddler wants to wash his hands and then collapse it and store it to the side without wasting a bunch of space. I have not come across any stability issues, my child has decided at times to jump off the stool or hop on (before we can correct it) and it has not displayed any issues handling this. Our child understands the nature of the stool and can open and collapse the stool on his own without our help. For a standard counter, its probably just a little too short for kids younger than 3 (average height), as our 3 year old started using this by standing on his toes. Overall, I found this to be a perfect solution to allow our child to reach things without giving him too many height options and still safe in the event of a fall. ... show more
