My grandson requested a green step stool for his birthday! It had to be green. So that made it a little difficult. I have a few of these in my house for myself and when the kids come over. Theyr great, I always feel secure and they fold nicely to stand up along side the back of a door or under the sink, between the refrigerator /wall, etc. The children feel independent and it's really nice at the sink for washing their hands and not having water dripping down their arms or on the floor. perfect height. Works well. It is lightweight...but, was bought primarily for a 6y/o to climb on my bed and reach the sink for teeth brushing. The folding is nice as it slides out of the way when she is not here. I can use it for reaching somewhat. I am small framed, 5ft 2in, and 150lbs. It is smaller in width, so larger person might feel unstable on it. Not sure about weight limit.
