I love that this ladder folds and telescopes. It stores small. It is very heavy, though. It is awkward to use it as a stepladder - I haven't mastered the art of opening both sides smoothly and evenly. I'd love it if they had instruction stickers on the sides of the ladder, so I don't have to look up the instructions. It is sturdy, though, and can be extended into a fairly tall stepladder or opened into a longer ladder. This ladder will hurt you. Its heavy, bulky, hard to move it. When you pick it up to move it, sometimes the thing starts to telescopicly get bigger or when you start to climb it, one side starts to go down because it wasn't latched. I took a rope and tied the bottom rungs together on both sides to keep it from moving. Save your money on this one ... show more

It weighs more than I expected but, in hindsight, that’s should be expected. It’s awkward to set up, especially if you plan on opening up all the way to use at its longest length to get on the roof so similar. It feels like it will snap at the hinge area, is hard to extend due to the weight and also hard to retract. While I love the compact nature of this ladder, I don’t think I would buy it again. I also wouldn’t recommend using it on your own. Have someone handy to help set it up. It’s also rather wobbly when used in the standard Ladder configuration if you haven’t got all the steps extended. This is because the steps don’t lock in place when retracted, only when extended. ... show more

I borrowed one of these from guy and just had to have it. I work on my RV and have to get up and stay there. I have a board across the scaffold that lets me work without worry. Love it. Also helps when extended out. And it stores very nicely because it folds to a small footprint.

I love it, it doesn't take a lot of room in my 5th wheel's garage. but, it is a little narrow and that makes it a little unsteady. but i like the edesign, It's nice and compact, the depoiment is easy and quick, but putting it away is a little harder. Releasing the locks for each level doesn't let it drop down on it's own, you have to push it down. Not easy when you have to hold two latches at the same time and push down. I bought this ladder to clean my RV in A-Frame mode and I will be throwing it away. It leans while washing the side of something, it bends and twists to the point it’s unsafe. I weigh 190lbs and am scared to death of it’s instability. Save your money and buy something better.
