I'm genuinely surprised at how much I ended up liking this seat. I always wanted to get a better seat for my bike. A custom made seat was just out of the picture. Just can't justify $400 for a cushion. So I bought this. I thought it would look really tacky to have this on at all times, so I planned on only putting it on for long rides. But this didn't end up looking bad at all. And it actually feels REALLY comfortable. WAY better than the oem seat I have on my FZ07. Didn't expect to like it as much as I do for it only being about 30 bucks. I was suprised at the quality too. I didn't expect it to feel as sturdy and nice as it does. First off, I am one to not write reviews and rely solely on those that take the time to do so lol. But for this product, I felt the need to submit my opinion. I recently traded my bike from a BMW g310r to a ninja 400 abs. The seat comfort on the ninja is absolutely horrible and I only found this out by a 100 mile round trip. My a$$ was sore!! I tried a couple of makeshift cushions and researched to find that there's a direct fit set for $250. I honestly didn't feel it necessary to spend that much so I thought I'd give this a try and return it if it's unsuccessful. Well, this inexpensive seat was actually exactly what I needed! Very comfortable, creates an air pocket for the in-between valley of your a$$, and gives a little more width to the seat to help accommodate a "normal size" butt lol. I ended up crisscrossing the straps underneath and pulled as tight as it could with a few zip ties to lock it all together. Snapped it back on the bike and now I don't need to look at changing bikes for a while solely based on comfort! I'd strongly suggest you try it. 2022 Kawasaki ninja 400. ... show more

So I wanted to see how I can fix the OEM seat problem on my Rebel 1100. For those who have these bikes, we all know how horrible the OEM seat is. Alternatives would include Corban or Mustang seats, costing several hundred dollars. Last time I check, it would have easily been 500.00 plus for me. So the uncertainty of how a seat would make me feel after spending that type of cash led me to alternative solutions. Well, this is one of those. It's fairly priced. It serves its purpose, and my ass feels great after long rides. Honda should have charged 40 bucks more and just had these pads reupholstered and made it their OEM seat. ... show more

I got this primarily to use on the passenger seat of my Yamaha Road Star when my wife goes riding with me. We haven't used or tested for her yet, so I decided to try it out myself. First, the good. The shape and size is a perfect fit for the OEM rider's seat and it actually doesn't look too bad. And with the non-slip backing and straps, it stays in place and doesn't shift around. Now for the bad. The padding is a little to thick and much too dense for my liking. The initial feel is pretty good, but due to the thickness, it sits me higher in the saddle than I'd like. And due to the denseness, it doesn't have much give, so you don't settle in to it like I'd hoped. The other issue I had is partly due to the shape/contour of the Road Star seat. I like to sit farther back in the seat right where it starts to curve up. So with the pad it cuts down on the amount of room I have to move back, and sitting where I normally sit puts pressure on my tailbone. So after riding for 2-3 hours it became so uncomfortable that I took it and put it in the saddlebag. Bottom line; for me it's a no go. If it were made of a softer, more pliant material I think it would be great. ... show more

The seat works and is designed well. I’ve just rides 1200 miles in four days and the added comfort is notable. You feel planted in the seat. I recommend it and am pleased with purchase.

    • A must-have for anyone who’s butt gets irritated on their motorcycle / scooter seat
I really love this. I no longer feel uncomfortable on my motorcycle. Even though it came with a good seat, I was a bit uncomfortable so I decided to buy this and try it out. After all, I’m sure I could return it if it wasn’t good for me. It turned out to be a great purchase.
