Very good quality. Thicker than other mats and lots of cushion for falls. Great for practicing flips. This is a 10 foot mat that folds up for storage. Velcro along edges so you can connect with another mat for an even larger space o practice on.

I just received this mat last week for my girls 9,5,2 years olds to play and do some gymnastic practices. Since we received the mat they have been on this mat every day and playing on it for hours. These mats keep my three girls busy. My 12 year olds practice their cheer routine and tumbling routines on them. I spot my girls and have no problems with my knees because the thickness is on point. I like that the product is easy to fold and the cushion is great. We have had the mat for 4 months and were really happy with it until the 3rd month when it started to tear at the seams. I rated it a four star out of five stars because I haven’t had this long enough to be able to give it a quality review in terms of longevity and also, it does have a strong odor to it. However I really like the quality of this mat. It’s heavier and the foam isn’t flimsy. There’s two straps so you can easily pick it up and move it to where you would like it to go.
