This is a great cost effective replacement mirror for my 2006 Sienna. My passenger mirror completely broke and my driver side fold motor had issues; so needed to replace both. Dealer wanted $1300 to replace both with OEM parts. I was able to get the complete job done for under $100 and a few beers :). There are many videos out there on how to open up the door and install the mirror - that was the easy part. However, the wiring harness pins could be different depending on whether you have LE, XLE, Ltd ...etc... It appears that LE model has the 10 pin connector with just three wires coming from the car and that would be a direct fit with this mirror; It appears the XLE model has five wires coming from the car and there is already a post on how to map the wires to this mirror. I had an XLE Ltd which had a 18 pin connector and 15 wires coming in from the car and it took me some time figure out the mapping. This seems to be what the 18 pins do (This wire mapping is for Tundra, but the pins we care about 10, 11, 12 seems to be the same mapping for Sienna) Pin 1: Heat + Pin 2: Heat – Pin 3: Signal – (Running Light -) Pin 4: Signal + Pin 5: Puddle Lamp – (Already wired as common ground, needs rewire to make puddle lamps work) Pin 6: Puddle Lamp + Pin 7: Mirror Retract (+) Pin 8: Mirror Fold (–) Pin 9: Running Light + Pin 10: Mirror Vert (power) Pin 11: Mirror + Pin 12: Mirror Horiz (power) Pin 13: Auto-Dim – Pin 14: Auto-Dim + Pin 15-18: Memory Pins So you need to connect pins 10, 11 and 12 from the 18 pin harness in your van to the three wires that come with this mirror. I attached a picture that has numbers for the 18 pin connector. Leave the 18 pin connector as-is in the van; cut the wires - tape up all the wires except the ones from pins 10, 11 and 12; connect wires from pins 10, 11, 12 to the three wires going into the mirror harness. Look at the attached picture. In this case blue->blue, purple->white and yellow->red; I can confirm that up, down, left, right of the mirror works fine after connecting with this mapping. I spent a lot of time researching which one to buy, there were quite a few choices and conflicting reviews, which made decision making difficult, so uncertainty and indecision led to procrastination, leading to living with a cracked mirror for 2 years (as have my wife and kids). So my feedback is slightly distorted by that experience. But as far as I can tell, there is no perceptable performance difference between this one and the original Toyota OEM side mirror, certainly not in anyway that made a difference while driving. I have been on all kinds of roads, some terribly bumpy, but I have not noticed the "vibration" that a few other reviewers have commented on. I always take OEM over after-market parts when it comes to mechanical service for my Sienna, but this does not affect how the automobile runs. It's a no-brainer for a price differential between $35 and $170, except for that unsettling fear, what if it sucks and I have to spend the time to remove and return it only to mount another one. The concern wasn't warranted. It fits and works perfectly. And for someone who is all thumbs when it comes to mechanical things, after watching a 10 min. YouTube video on how to do it twice, I completed it in 30 min., except being such an unhandy man, I forgot to completely tighten the 3 bolts that held it in place. What in the world! (The video advised to test the power adjustment functions before fastening it down which I did, then promptly forgot about that last turn.) BTW, there is no reason to completely remove the inside door cover and all the electronic/power connections. I mounted the mirror with the door panel cover and several wires still attached. ... show more

Passenger side mirror installed easily on 2004 Sienna LE. Fit well although the rubber gasket needed to be stretched as it was not a perfect fit. To install I used screwdrivers (Phillips and flat head), 10 mm socket wrench, flashlight, and a couple extra hands. After watching a video online I was able to do it in about 30 minutes. I took off the door panel, but I did not disconnect any of its electrical or mechanical connectors, except the one to the old mirror. I just let the arm rest hang and the door interior lowered to clear the mirror bracket. It looks just like the old mirror...except it is not busted. :) ... show more

This is a gem! It was installed today at my local Toyota dealership where all the service advisors and mechanics were amazed by the high quality! Unlike this $35 mirror, the Toyota mirror is sold there for $225... not including labor (which was well worth the $75 they charged me) I am also amazed by the quality of the mirror which is every bit as good as the original one! Thank you for making it possible to replace a mirror for a reasonable cost after someone knocked mine off when my car was parked , and making it affordable enough to not have to report it to insurance to pay! ... show more

Decent quality. Not OEM, but the value can’t be beat. After watching a YouTube video for reference, it took less than 20 minutes to install. I wish I had known how fast, easy and cheap it was to fix my mirror, otherwise I would have done it years ago. 💯
