This case is great for protecting your phone. But you really have to hit the key pad to get it to text. The P, & L keys are harder to hit and so it the backspace. Also when i was using maps I couldn't start the trip without turning my phone sideways. Screen didn't recognize my finger. So hard to text with this case. 😔 ... show more

I had to be smarter than the case to open it, but once I got past that, it's good. I think it will absorb any shock, it fits my note 20 ultra perfectly, and the screen guard is great. The stand snaps into place either way easily, and the buttons and openings line up perfectly. Haven't dropped it yet, but give it time. Make sure to clean the screen of your phone well before putting it in. Smudges will show up distinctly. ... show more
