I am really impressed with this lunch bag (I got the larger one). I wanted something to replace the one I had with zippers because it always got stuck and looked for velcro instead. This lunch bag works even better than my more expensive older one to keep food at temperature. In fact, amazingly well! I had fried eggs in a glass container right out of the pan, and on my way to work got stuck in traffic for nearly 2 HOURS. It was STILL WARM! That is incredible. Whatever they did, it works! It's beyond impressive. And I like the extra pockets. And I can have my phone in the outer pocket on the front, and it still works with bluetooth in the car, so I can just leave it in there. There's also a little holder inside on the top I can put my vitamins in without touching hot or cold food. And I can put my sunglasses holder in the side pockets. Super easy to open and close. No more zippers with annoying corners. And it's super durable including the handle. I am super happy with this purchase! And I am in no way connected to the company in any way. I loved the color, the size was good and it fit my bento I got from another order. However, I didn’t realize that the medium and small size used Velcro and not a zipper so I’m returning it and buying another lunch bag. It’s not at all bad I just wanted something with a zipper so keep that in mind

It’s roomy and keeps food fresh. Love it! The only thing was that the two side pouches for water bottles and other items are made of netting and eventually they tear. I did quite a bit of research to find just what I was looking for, and this is it! I was looking for a luch bag on the taller side, tall enough to fit a bottle of water let's say and this is perfect! It also has 2 large outside pockets, big enough to easily fit my 24 oz Insulated beverage container. The inside compartment is big enough to fit a small/medium plastic container, a sandwich and a bag of chips. I can't speak to the insulation itself, bc I throw my bag in fridge when I get to work, so I dk how long things stay cold, etc... If I could change anything, I would probably prefer a zipper on top over the velcro( its kind of hard to open) but overall, I am very happy with my purchase! ... show more

This was quite a nice lunch bag when first received. It's a nice size to fit a decent lunch and/or snack for the day. I really like the inner & outer mesh pockets. It feels sturdy. I thought I had a winner. But after just two months the outer material has started to fray on one corner and is separating. It still feels sturdy but I'm sure the separation will worsen.
