    • Wow, what a useful travel duffle bag!

Recently got back from a trip to Spain and this duffle bag was the best travel hack we've discovered in a while. We normally take one checked luggage and two carry-ons, and a backpack for me and a large purse for my wife. We try to travel relatively light. So this time, I grabbed this folding duffle literally last minute before heading out and tossed it into the checked-luggage suitcase. The duffle bag, when folded, is thin and lightweight, so it doesn't really take up much space in your luggage. On returning from Spain, we stuffed the duffle with our dirty laundry, our puffer jackets, and whatever else that was not too valuable, like non-fragile gifts, casual shoes, and some books. The duffle bag is a good size and the material is sturdy, albeit a little thin. So this is great for stuffing in things like we did, but you are not going to want to use this to carry heavy items or anything of significant value, since it doesn't have much internal structure and therefore won't protect items inside all that well. With the bulky and lightweight stuff removed from our other travel gear and stuffed into this duffle, we were free to do some duty-free gift shopping. We bought a few bottles of expensive Spanish brandy and olive oil and we were able to carry those in our carry-ons instead of lugging them around in those security-sealed bags all day through multiple airports. On returning home, the bag looked great and it seems of good enough quality that it will last at least a few more trips overseas. I'll write an updated review when the bag finally gives out. Ordered this as a "breakdown bag" for my fiancee's trunk to hold extra clothes, shoes, a blanket etc. It is very spacious and has great compartments. Well made and durable too. I would order again. Would also be great for a gym bag and travel.

I bought these for my 11year old twins. As they've grown, their overnight bags have become too small. These duffles are lightweight but can hold a significant amount of clothes, toys, books and even bedding. The shoulder strap and handles seem durable. The duffle also folds up small when you're not using it for storage or even to bring along for an extra empty bag. This bag lasted through 7 months of police academy in a flimsy kind of way. The material is cheap, the shoulder strap hooks broke off, the stitching started falling apart. After academy I tossed it into the trash can and spit on it.
