I spent a few hours with this taking out a bunch of hail dents from the hood of my car and I can't believe that it really works. It doesn't look perfect, but so much better. Very time consuming and some of the spots that were super glued did not stay glued when pulling out the dent. Also some of suction cups I couldn't get the glue off of. Other than that, I am happy with the results. Will wait until spring time and give it another shot and get some more dents out. ... show more

I tried to pull a small dent out of the door of a stainless steel refrigerator. The selection of cups is awesome but the sticking power of the glue sticks provided did not hold. Tried several times following directions and the cups popped off right away.

Really good quality for the price. The pink oval shaped ones will break, but Way cheaper than a body repair shop. Maybe not quite their quality either, but I had a really big dent (even beyond what they recommend repairing) and am very meticulous and it still looks way better. I received my kit in a very timely manner and once I opened it I noticed there was no part of the slide hammer or any of its adapters. The led light board was missing and the gloves weren’t there. Just be warned that you may not get what you pay for with this kit.

I had a dent caused by a golf ball in the side of my vehicle. I used the puller multiple times, with different discs, and the remaining imperfection is barely noticeable now. I do wish that the adhesive was a bit stronger, so I might try a different color tab if I go farther. For the cost of this item it provides a good value, imo. ... show more

Works well on large and small dings and dents. However 2 of the glue on adapters broke within 30 minutes of use. Alcohol is a joke getting the glue off. Acetone is far superior to removing glue, and doesn’t hurt paint finish. Some of the adapters appear flimsy. The glue gun works well, however if the glue gun tips over on the left side it cuts itself off. When this happens you have to let gun heat up again. On off switch is not really needed. Just a regular non-switched gun would suffice. Needs better quality adapters. A longer screw in the handle puller would be an improvement for access to deeper dents. I would recommend purchasing the slide puller version. Instruction are well written and easy to understand. It’s a good tool setup that could use some small upgrades. ... show more

I had a medium sized 2 inch dent on my front hood, along with smaller dents the sides of my 2017 Toyota Camry. I was quoted at $200 at the body shop to remove these minor dents, so I decided to give it a go down the DIY route at a fraction of the cost.This was my first time trying to remove a dent in a nearly new vehicle. I read the instructions and watched a few videos. The dent comes out! Product cones with everything you need and all of the dent remover tools are of high quality. The glue sticks surprised me in how well they can pull, need some alcohol help you remove the glue easily. Works pretty well, repaired the dent on my front hood and car door!! Great results are possible, just make sure to take your time and fully prepare before starting. I am very happy overall with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this product especially to a first time user. ... show more

The head on the pistol grip is plastic and flexes, it's not enough pull before it flexes off of the tab. I'd look for one with a metal head. I tried pulling on a small ding in a porsche hatch and it wouldn't pull hard enough before the grappler flexed or the glue releases so it was unsuccessful.
