I’m 5’0 and 100 lb and I got an XS. And it fits exactly right. If I was any bigger I would need a small so if you’re bigger than me then size up! The color is very true to the pictures! I LOVE that these have pockets and they're not the typical shallow women's pockets you get, their the deep full length pockets! My phone is fairly big and never fits in my pockets without sticking out but this pocket completely conceals my phone. They're so soft and stretchy and breathable. I feel sexy and cute in them while still knowing I can complete a great workout in these or just wear them for a stroll with my baby when we go on our walks. These running shorts are kind of odd. You'd think that the fit would be for a high-waisted setup, since that's what most women's running shorts are these days, but in reality, the length of the outer short part is not enough to cover up your butt when the shorts are pulled to high-waisted position. My wife got these to wear around, and I'm not sure that she's really comfortable wearing them out and about in public due to how odd the rear looks with the length of the short not covering past the inner skin-tight layer. She'll probably still wear them around the house, but definitely wouldn't buy another pair. Fit just as expected and feel really nice. They are super comfy but if you have the common issue I have with shorts rolling up, they will do it. I'm used to it so it isn't quite an issue. I've seen these shorts everywhere and I had finally decided to give them a try. The short part underneath the skirt is fitted like biker shorts, not too tightly but comfortable. The skirt however seemed a little to big for the shorts underneath, almost by another size. I did go up a size with these, so maybe that had something to do with it. These are comfy and cute, plus the side pocket is great to have. Note that the edges are left raw on the flowy parts and tend to fall apart easily and a sometimes snag in the wash. See attached photo.
