My daughter is part of an All Star cheer team who had requested that all athletes have a "butterfly skirt" for practice. I tried looking at the local stores but couldn't seen to find what I was looking for. I luckily found this on Amazon and was quick to purchase based on the positive reviews and the price point. My daughter has since worn it a handful of times at practice and absolutely loves it! She said that it was comfortable and flowy and was easy to move in. While this also has pockets, we haven't used them at this point so I can't say whether they would be useful or not. Bought theses for my daughter who is 5’5 115 lbs and the were too small & extremely short. The material gathered at the crotch area and looked funny however my younger daughter who is a size smaller fell in love with them. My advise is to size up and expect these to still be super short. I’m 5’0 and 100 lb and I got an XS. And it fits exactly right. If I was any bigger I would need a small so if you’re bigger than me then size up! The color is very true to the pictures! I really love the pockets and got so many compliments on my shorts when I wore them! I walked about 3 miles in them in the hot south Florida heat and didn’t have any issues other than them riding up occasionally but that’s to be expected with this type of short! I LOVE that these have pockets and they're not the typical shallow women's pockets you get, their the deep full length pockets! My phone is fairly big and never fits in my pockets without sticking out but this pocket completely conceals my phone. They're so soft and stretchy and breathable. I feel sexy and cute in them while still knowing I can complete a great workout in these or just wear them for a stroll with my baby when we go on our walks. These run so tiny!! I ordered a large and they fit more like a small. The material is nice, but I immediately have to give them to a friend.

    • So soft ans comfy
I love my first pair so much I just had to buy a few more! The pocket has enough space for any phone. The waist is super flattering! I live in TX and this summer has been aspecially humid, these are definitely dry wick material. I love walking my dogs and running errands in them.
