This blush takes a minuscule amount to give me clown cheeks. Like, it is almost impossible to squeeze out such a tiny amount. It has a lot of blue in it, so it is a very cool shade of red. Once I apply it and stain my fingers and the sink trying to manage the extra that I inevitably squeezed out, it looks ok. Would not purchase again. Pretty. It’s half the price of the Rare Beauty liquid blush I got a few weeks ago and I like it nearly as well. The Rare Beauty is matte - on purpose - and this one is a bit more dewy/satiny, which I could do without because I think it doesn’t wear quite as long, although the finish is very naturally pretty. It’s not quite true to shade - not as cool-toned and a bit more electric pink - but the really different thing is...I swatched it on my arm on Monday. It’s Wednesday night so I’ve had five showers...and the swatch is still visible. It’s faded, but it’s surely there. I haven’t noticed the same on my cheeks, but they get more exfoliation and more fake tanner. If the application is good - and it’s truly easy - a bit of a stain could be a nice thing on pool days, etc. This is my second Flower Beauty product in under a month, and I’ve been surprised at how much I like the quality. (The other is a liquid shadow, blue glitter in a deep black base - purrrrr) My skin tone for reference is about a 3, 3.5 on a scale of 1 (fair) to 10 (deep) and very cool-toned. So this was my first time buying liquid blush. I haven’t had much luck with cream blushes because they do not stay on my face, even when applying primer, foundation, and setting spray. So I tried this. Just like my experience with cream blush you have to blend quite a bit, then allow it to fade a bit due to body heat. This blush goes on loud, but give it 15 minutes and it settles to a very nice flush. This blush also stayed with me through my first hour-long walk outside. It didn’t make it through my second, but I feel that’s asking a bit much anyway. It also stayed put without putting on several layers of makeup. I just had skincare and this stuff didn’t slide or fade much at all! You do have to use a tiny amount though, so just remember that you can build it up a bit if you have to. Overall, if you’re looking for a blush that isn’t powder, I recommend taking the plunge and buying this. This is the best non powder blush I’ve ever worn. ... show more

This was my first foray into using a liquid blush. I was going to purchase a Nars liquid but have heard good things about flower beauty and thought why not try this first because the price is right. It comes in a squeeze tube, and you only need a TINY amount. It is highly pigmented. I squeeze out about half of a pea size (even less) on the back of my hand then use a dense brush and tap/stamp it on. That amount is plenty for both cheeks. It does blend out nicely but does take practice. Once it is sheered out- it leaves a beautiful flush of color. Very natural looking!! I have used this product in this same shade before and the colour was deeper and more opaque. When I bought it again this time the colour was too sheer for me and it doesnt know easily on the skin. I dont know if they changed the formula

This blush is very intense, you barely need a dot to cover your cheek. That being said it dries quickly and you have to move fast. I also noticed that it found every bump on my cheek. I thought my complexion was pretty good; apparently not. I ended up mixing coconut oil with it so I could spread it more evenly. Edit: The Flower Beauty people contacted me and offered to send me a different color of the same product; I got Bubbly. Much better! Much easier to use, and better for my skin tone. The Bubbly color is a warmer brighter pink than the photo shows! ... show more
