The only reason it doesn't get five stars if the length of the cord. It doesn't offer the flexibility of location placement that i was looking for. Besides that its a great product. I use it inside, outside under my Gazebo in the winter, and it does the job.

Loved it at first, but after using it for a couple weeks, it stopped working. Then it worked sometimes, then not. This was my second unit as I had returned the first one for the same reason. Bad product. This is going back.

Worked very well for one month. Now it’s just dead. Cannot return because it’s ten days over the 30 day return time.

At first I thought these were great heaters and seemed like a good value, however, now that 2 out of the 3 units we purchased have stopped operating within 30 days of the eligible return date I'm frankly concerned that there is a broader issue with this product so buyer beware....

    • Stopped working after 3 months.
Worked nicely for three months of one to two days per week usage then heating elements stopped working. Don’t waste your money on this as it doesn’t last long.

Just stopped working. Purchased in Nov 2022. Less than 3 months from purchase. Very disappointing after spending over $120!
