The website description does not stipulate that the chair is a floor chair. This was ordered under the intent to replace a normal couch, but when it was unboxed, it became clear that it was not going to fit an average adult, and both my son and I are taller than average. Also, the back of the chair is not sturdy. Boxed up, requested a refund, and after returning the chairs, the refund issued by the company was significantly less than the order total. I have requested a full refund, and will update this review, once the company responds to that request. These chairs should only be used by pre teen children, under 100 pounds, so that the back does not collapse and drop them to the floor unexpectedly. Update on refund. - The company drop shipped the chairs, from the point of purchase that they used, to my house. When I took time to visit the website on the shipping boxes, I found the target audience for this item was 8-10 year old children, and not adults. Final Update - They have agreed to a full refund, and I will consider using them, if they have something I need. ... show more

The chair bed is decent quality, but some directions would have been helpful as did not know it operated like a click-clack sofa until I tried to see if it would work and worried that I might have broken it. I expected a little thicker bed, but decent for the money. The company had it in stock, then didn't due to damage and said it would not be back, then after I nearly ordered from another company a couple days later it arrived. ... show more
