The King 14" mattress is true to size and height and is a quality mattress so far, about 2 weeks in, but it is more firm than medium firm. It gives great support but as a side sleeper, it actually makes my hips hurt so I am still tossing and turning but we also went from a very soft pillow top and worn 7 year old mattress to this, in hopes of alleviating daily back pain.
