The media could not be loaded. This xmas tree was easy to assemble and easy to fluff so it fills up nicely. A real tree required alot of maintenance and vaccuming on carpeted apartment. This faux tree eliminates clean up and constant watering. I bought a winter spruce Fabreeze scent spray and air freshners to give it that Christmas pine scent. It's so perfect. Received, set up tree stand, put first section in an saw dangling wires with bare ends. Multiple bulbs are broken off and more wires pulled off the branches. Waited a week for this! So only half the lights work on the bottom section. Thats as far as I got...luckily. Box it was shipped in was perfect, so was not a shipping issue. Poor poor quality control on this one. The tree is easy to set up and works fine. I expected the lights to be multicolored, but they aren't. I don't think I was misled, but you've got to read the details. I looked at too many different ones before purchasing this one. My complaint is really about the size. I know 5 feet isn't tall, but the last foot of this tree is narrow as it tapers to a single upright tip to hold your star or whatever topper you use. With the base in place and the narrow top, it just feels very small. Just be aware ofthis before you order. I have a replacement coming that I hope will be more satisfactory. ... show more
