The media could not be loaded. This xmas tree was easy to assemble and easy to fluff so it fills up nicely. A real tree required alot of maintenance and vaccuming on carpeted apartment. This faux tree eliminates clean up and constant watering. I bought a winter spruce Fabreeze scent spray and air freshners to give it that Christmas pine scent. It's so perfect. Also, It was lightweight enough for me to carry up a flight of stairs by myself. Great buy for the current moment. Can't speak on long term quality, hoping it lasts. ... show more

Received, set up tree stand, put first section in an saw dangling wires with bare ends. Multiple bulbs are broken off and more wires pulled off the branches. Waited a week for this! So only half the lights work on the bottom section. Thats as far as I got...luckily. Box it was shipped in was perfect, so was not a shipping issue. Poor poor quality control on this one.
