These are nice and easy to cut to size, but they are thicker than expected. It’s almost like putting a thin insole in your shoe. They wash well, but I could see the rubber backing deteriorate over time

They did replace my need for regular shocks when all I need is to protect the bottom part of my feet, when I’m wearing shoes socks (wet shoes). They did it perfectly! On advice from a friend ( and after trying heel grips that didn’t work), I bought these to see if they would help to stop my shoes from slipping from my heels. They work perfectly. I wear them with a thin no show sock although they can be used bare foot too.

I’ve had these for a few weeks and I love them. It allows me to wear dress shoes without socks and saves the bottom of the inside of the shoe and the bottom of my foot. Easy to trim to the size of the shoe.
