I bought these to replace a Teva strap style sandal. These are super comfortable and fit great. True to size of a regular shoe. Do not rub on my feet and great grip. My go to footwear for the last 4 months. I wear these everywhere. Hopefully the straps where they go into the sole don’t break or pull out. Really like the toe protection feature. These sandals are well-made and very comfortable. Fit is same as my shoe size. My only complaint is that the footbed is textured (see photo). It bothers my bare feet. I’m hoping that with use I’ll get used to the feel, but my initial reaction was that I did not like the feel on my soles.

    • Can wear in most any environment.
I've haven't been able to find a fisherman's sandal that fits well. The problem is the strap design does not seem to work because it's likely for a bigger foot height wise. These sandals are a different design and thus don't have that problem. I use them for working outside, going to the store or getting around. They protect my feet well. I think because they are made to get wet the insole is rough. When I first put them on I notice it but then completely forget about it while using. ... show more

    • Comfortable and Stylish...But...
Love everything about these sandals, except the pattern of small grooves cut into the insole. Those can become uncomfortable when the sandals are worn for long periods. Would have preferred a smooth insole. That would make them perfect.

They are comfortable, but when they get wet, your feet get dyed the color of the sandal.

Very comfortable water shoes! I debated between this and the more expensive name-brand leather ones at 3x the price. Took a chance on these shoes and am so glad I did! They’re actually more comfortable than the name brand ones I have that are 10 years old. These sandals not only look good they are comfortable to walk in. The bulbous looking toe section is not nearly what it looks like in the photos.

They seem to be well made and sturdy. I wasn’t thrilled with all the little bumps molded into the sole. But they are much cooler to wear than the tevas I replaced.
