This is a great couch! There’s just a few things to note: 1. The couch ships in four separate boxes. The first box came in two days, the other three came together about 2-3 days after that. You’ll have to message the seller for the remaining three tracking numbers. They’ll even refund you $10 for it not shipping together. 2. The couch legs are two inches, making the couch VERY low to the ground. In the first picture, it’s pictured with the two-inch legs. Very low, barely reaching my knees (I’m 5’5). In the second pic, I put on 6-inch sofa legs that I had to order through Amazon. Made the height of the couch perfect and brought it up a good bit. 3. While the couch seats are nice and filled up, you still need to add some couch fluff. While you don’t have to, you’ll sink a little bit when you sit on it and adding couch fluff will just make your experience more comfy. 4. Overall, the couch is amazing. It was quick and easy to put together (maybe two to three hours) and a good value for what it’s worth. All this couch needs is a little extra love and investment, it’s absolutely PERFEC for a first apartment. The couches are very comfortable, they are good looking couches. The packing was good, easy to assemble. However, the only issue I had was that the legs were to short and I had to buy 6’ inch legs. Otherwise the couch is to low. Therefore, be prepared to spend money on legs. It takes 15 of them. I have a picture of it so you can see the short ones are the ones that came with the couch and the ones on the actual couch are the ones I bought. The couches are beautiful though ... show more

We have gotten so many compliments on this sofa! Easy to put together. Noone can believe that it came from amazon or the price we paid for it! This sofa is perfect for our family of 6! Buy it! I want one in every color! The blue is gorgeous!

I spent $822 for a U-shaped couch and when I received it I was excited I opened ALL 4 boxes up laid everything out and started to put it together. Once I got it together however the couch was so low to the round that this was not meant for adults to sit on, the quality was horrible, and I of course was upset that I now had to take it all apart and put it back into the boxes. When I reached out to return the item the Seller told me that they would not pay for the shipping for the order and that I would be responsible for it, along with I would have 15% of the original amount paid deducted. Then they suggested I keep it and that they would give me 10% back on this item I am not exaggerating when I say NO ONE would buy this couch. Horrible customer service. I am grateful that Amazon has the customers back in situations like this but the process is very long to see any money given back. Arrived before expected delivery, one box was missing but arrived two days later. Initially, the sofa was low but added fluff to the cushions as well as order six inch legs. Turned out beautifully.

Sofa came in 3 big boxes in literally 2-3 days. I was not expecting it so fast. I didn’t put it together myself so I cannot account for if it was easy to put together. I did read a review that stated they replaced the feet of the couch for 6 inch feet so I did as well. It was really low with the original. It took 20 total so I had to buy 3 8 packs and had some left over. The backs and arm rest pillows were too flat so I bought 2 cheap bed pillows and took the stuffing out and added it all around. And now it’s looks great! The couch is much longer than advertised. It says 3 person but I would say 4-5 person. Which is a plus for me. Overall I love the sofa but I did have to pay more money to get the look I wanted. ... show more

Just to sum it up in one. For the price you won’t find a couch of this comfort anywhere on the market. It does sit low how ever just buy longer legs to put on and problem solved. The fabric is soft and durable, it was extremely easy to assemble. The color is accurate to the pictures. The only con for this couch is the back cushions don’t like to stay up they are not attached to the backing of the couch. But quick solution. We used a large Velcro strip to keep it attached. And it’s worked just fine. Our guest that have sat on the couch have given compliments on it’s comfort. And all thought this cost us 3 grand but were blown away when we said it was under 1000 for the whole set. With that being said it is 100 percent worth its value. ... show more
