The product arrived much earlier than anticipated which is great for us. it is comfortable, looks good, and has stood the test of Pacific northwest weather. This couch has been such a positive change for me and my family's mental health I highly recommend it. From afternoon naps in the summer outside, to movie night with friends, it has been a really good addition to our outdoor activities. What I love the most about this is the customer service. As we all know online shopping doesn't always go perfect and there will be defects and issues here and there. but in my opinion that is fixable if the customer service is good. in our last review we mentioned that a during shipping damage have made it hard for us to assemble. We got reached out to by the customer service within few days and were provided with a wide range options to resolve the issue. the customer service agent was very thoughtful and helped us pick the path that worked the best for us. So when you purchase this, not only you are getting a good product, but you are also getting an exceptionally good customer service. Here are a few things I hope to see this manufacturer add. More color options, more module options to expand the set and smaller sets so we can expand the size of the set in the future. The furniture part is pretty sturdy , we have had some heavy winds and it has stayed put without moving or anything. The cushions, not so much. . There needs to be a way to keep the back cushions to stay up against the back part of couch. They fall over all the time. Thought of using Velcro, but it doesn’t stay on the furniture part because of the plastic coating. I don’t want to put homes in the cushions to attach a strap to the furniture. Cushions could use more cushion, very thin. I wish the back of the furniture was up higher. It is very short in the back. So when you lean on the cushion and it being so thin, the furniture kinda hits you right in the middle of your back. BUT, for the price, this set was well worth it. You can configure it in many different ways which is nice. I can always add more stuffing to cushions to make more comfortable because they do have a zipper which is nice. Overall the set is worth the price. I looked at many high dollar sets and this setup is pretty darn close. ... show more

    • Messed up premanufactured holes, they are refunding us for the purchase
The holes that are premanufactured were all messed up,some in the wrong places and then some had two hole right next to each other creating one big hole.. it make it very unstable and not sturdy. We requested a refund as there is no way we are gonna pack this thing back up and take it to ups, just going to deal with it ... show more
