    • Great basic climbing shoe but size up!
I recently got back into climbing after a several year hiatus. I've has 5.10's in the past that I liked and I don't need anything fancy. I was aware that these were going to run small, so I went a size up from my street shoe size. I am normally an 8 and I got a 9. When I received them they seemed to fit perfectly; snug but not too tight. After several times climbing in them, they were stiff and were hurting my feet, big toe in particular. I was thinking, oh no should I have gotten a 1/2 size larger!? But I figured there would be a break in period and I was hoping they would stretch out a bit. And they did! After 2 weeks or so they now fit perfectly. I no longer have pain and I don't feel the need to take them off between climbs. Theres are great starter/casual climber shoes! Just keep in mind to size up at least one full size and that there will be a break in period. ... show more

    • Beautiful but small
BEAUTIFUL climbing shoe. Love how the Velcro straps aren’t too long. Downside is shoe runs on the smaller size side, typically wear a 9-9 1/2 but got a 10 just to be safe... didn’t help much fit like an 8 1/2. Will be exchanging for a size up.

I am 74 and have climbed for 27 years and have tried about 10 different shoes that hurt my feet. As I got older my performance shoe did not fit but these 5-10 are perfect. Comfortable and a great price.

    • Beautiful shoes (look & feel) but run very small

My daughter has been climbing for a year and with various shoes at size US 6. These shoes were very, very small. Her toes were really bent to get the shoes on. Luckily - they fit my son. I'm order a new pair a size and a half up (7.5) and hoping for the best. Getting the shoes size wrong is quite a pain because the shoes are shipped slowly from Adidas and return is not as easy as with Amazon shipped products. The shoes themselves are beautiful to look at, are well constructed and have the stealth rubber my family loves. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because purchasing the right size is going to be a pain for customers. ... show more
