I got this for Christmas present for my husband. First one had broken mirror, second one didn’t turn on at all. We are waiting for replacement for the 3rd time. Purchased this for my wife, so far we are exceptionally pleased with it. We both got the app and signed up for programs. The workouts are about 20 mins each nd can be as intense as you want them. The trainers are great and I've already got a few favorites. This probably sounds like a review they would pay for, but in all seriousness I am loving this thing so far. The media could not be loaded. Honestly I love this thing, the instructors are very motivating and it gives you a workout. I never realized how out of shape I was. Amazing tech and I don’t have to drive to boxing classes anymore~
