Installation took 5 minutes and the app works well. The footage is clear and has yet to fail. My Garmin would overheat, stop recording, or get misaligned. This one does not have those issues. I have not installed the rear one yet but it looks sturdy so I am not expecting any issues

The media could not be loaded. This is definitely an easy five stars for me. I don't like things hanging off of my windows or a bunch of wire showing. It was super easy to Plug and Play. Looks extremely OEM. It fits perfectly. Also the SD card is easy to access. The video quality is very good. This is probably the best value you can get for your money. The features on the app are great as well.

I bought the B model, front and rear cams. Installed in 2023 Ram 1500 w/Sherrod trim. 8" lift. this was a little bit of pain only to tuck away the rear cam wiring- a mile long. Removing the little center piece right above the rearview mirror was a fight. Just unsnap the main unit, I used the tool they provided to unsnap the main unit, forked end and slight twist. And you can get your finger in there then. But, with that said. Overall wasn't bad, took me about an hour to install start to finish. App and cam was pretty easy to install and get connected to my iphone16. The picture was better than expected!

A very nice camera that removes the hideous wires from the USB or cigarette plug adapter. Clean, stylish and if you can read the directions, you can install it. If you can’t read and follow instructions, don’t try to do it yourself. Ask your wife.

I will say I was a little hesitant in getting this as I wasn’t familiar with the brand but am glad I got one. Instillation took about an hour and everything can be well hidden, which is a big plus for me. I didn’t want wires all over the place or cameras visible. You can easily hide the wires in the headliner and unless you are really looking for it you wouldn’t even know it is there. I love how it doesn’t have to be connected to any app to run and is always recording while the truck is on and you can get the harness to have it record while it’s parked. I will say, at no fault of the camera makers but that of Ram, be careful if you take off the rear view mirror to make installation a little easier. They are only one of 4 car makers who use the triangle clip to keep the mirror on the window and if you do t out it back on in the right steps you can break the clip, which Ram does not sell by its self. FYI put the mirror at the two o’clock position and twist left to the 12 o’clock position to get it back on. Get one, you won’t be disappointed!

Great idea but the app really sucks. Takes 30 min playing with it to get it to connect. When it connects you can't use internet on your phone. If they had a better app this system would rock. Was going to buy for my other cars but will not now, will be taking this one out and putting it in the trash. Using this on an Samsung phone

I installed this camera myself with ease. I have a 21 Ram TRX and purchased the Front and Rear camera set up. to run the wires to the rear window of the truck was easy as well. The picture quality is good and it basically records the entire time while driving. So far for me, this is a great camera, easy to install, and worth the money. I hope I never actually need to use this cameras, but if I do, I will have a recording of the event to show the police. The only request I have, would be to allow the rear camera to have its own screen. Right now when you open the app, the rear camera is shown in the upper corner of the front camera, so it takes up some of the viewing window on your phone. There is seemingly plenty of room to give each camera its own viewing window.
