  • Works great!
Color: Black/Morning Glow
I love that it is small. Keeps a charge for a long time and the app is very user friendly. I wanted to start tracking my steps but it does so much more! I love the sleep tracker.

  • A great device and I am thrilled that I got it!
Color: Black/Morning Glow
I'm an active 78+ yr old female and having a Fitbit Inspire3 is better than the accurate pocket pedometer that I was using. I wear it continually with the exception of when I take a shower and keeping track of my steps, hourly activity rate, my heart rate and sleep is truly amazing and accurate. The price was definitely a plus and I having it helps keep me healthy and active. ... show more

  • Battery dies unexpectedly
Color: Black/Morning Glow
I 'upgraded' from Inspire 2. That model showed a blinking battery icon when the battery was low, giving you a little notice before dying. This one does not, and has died unrecorded a few times.

My third one they’re not reliable, but that’s the only one that works for my needs while it’s working

  • Great replacement for Luxe
Color: Black/Lilac Bliss
I really like this Fitbit. I have worn several device trackers from Misfit to Fitbit and even tried a Dayband tracker. One of my favorite Fitbits was the Luxe. I wore it everywhere. The battery got to the point of only lasting a day, so I looked for a replacement. There did not seem to be any updates for the Luxe and at twice the price of the Inspire 3, I thought I would give it a try. I am glad that I did. It works just as well, battery lasts several days (as the Luxe did at first). I bought an additional band SS mesh, which dresses the Inspire 3 up a bit. Very happy with purchase. ... show more

  • Best Fitbit I've Owned!!
Color: Black/Lilac Bliss
Switched from a fitbit 2 to the Inspire 3 and I love it. Easy to read screens, great information and a sleek look. Love the longer charge time and the pretty new band. So glad I updated my look.

  • Amazing Product - Simple, Dainty, Efficient
Color: Black/Midnight Zen
I was looking for a petite tracking watch, I dont like bulky bracelets. Although this fitbit can connect with messaging and call notifications, I did not want that option. I simply want a tracker for health, fitness and sleep. The battery on this watch its most incredible, its been 3 days of full activity and I am at 72% battery. Absolutely worth the price and product. VERY happy with product. ... show more

  • Google did FitBit dirty.
Color: Black/Lilac Bliss
***** UPDATE August 15th, 2023 ***** I've had my watch for 20 days now. Worn it to bed every single night. Of those 20 nights I've gotten THREE nights where it has recorded a sleep score. It's nice to see my REM and Deep Sleep cycles and to put some loose value on the quality of sleep I'm getting. I had to go to the FitBit site to try and trouble shoot why I only got 3 nights... I *think* (not 100% sure, but based on FitBit help pages this is my assumption) you have to have the watch SNUG at night to get a good reading for sleep. And when I say snug I mean I have the SMALL band so tight I only have 3 notches left to go before I'm out of notches. I'd say I have average to small wrists, so If you have REALLY small wrists you could be out of luck unless you get a 3rd party band. I will likely go that route as the firmer plastic that tight is not comfortable and leaves massive dents. The worst part of not getting but 3 days of sleep score is that the monthly sleep profile needs 14 nights of sleep score to give you a sleep profile, so that likely isn't going to happen this month unless I can get a sleep score every night for pretty much the rest of the month. And then the "Readiness Score" also needs the sleep data. So I got a score yesterday (Monday) because it gave me a sleep score for Sunday night. I can't judge that aspect of it on one score. I did wear it in the pool today and it seems fine in regards to the water resistance. My gripe there is that I was doing water aerobics and there is no quick option for that - just swimming. So I had to go back into the app and add my activity and the time frame. Not the worst thing, but if it's an exercise option within the app I wish I could set it as a quick select for my watch as it's something I may continue doing on a regular basis. Still would't upgrade the star rating at this point, nor would I pay the 10 bucks a month for premium with the data I've gotten thus far. ***** Original Review ***** I will admit I've not had my new FitBit for more than 24 hours yet as I start writing this -- BUT -- This is my 3rd or 4th FitBit in the last decade or so. I go between FitBit and Apple Watch. I'll pro/con this from my prior knowledge of what FitBit was prior to Google buying it. I already utilize the apps FitOn for exercise videos along with LoseIt! for food logging, so that plays into my review. Pros: The screens now are SO much better. Battery life is better than in the past. Way more information in a compact device - It's more than just tracking 10000 steps with 5 dotstsw now. Bands are more comfortable than prior models, and have plenty of 3rd party options. FitBit now has exercise videos in app. (You'll see this in cons, I'll explain.) Clock and App Gallery. (Also going to appear in cons.) Meal ideas. (Another double edged sword here too.) Cons: (Maybe grab a snack right now, it's going to take a minute.) The App... is simply atrocious. With what I'm seeing right now, I can't say paying for premium is going to be worth anything. Unless the health data and readiness score are absolutely mind blowing I really can't fathom spending 10 bucks a month on it. I've also noticed that an issue with the Inspire 3 not showing things like breathing and skin temp are all over the help pages on FitBit. I'll try and remember to update if that all shows up in the coming days like it says it should. ** Groups no longer exist. You can have a group with your personal friends you add on, but you cannot find a public group if you wanted to just talk to people about something like meal prep. There is no more social aspect to to the app aside from adding friends. I can partake in groups on LoseIt! and FitOn both. ** Clock and App Gallery - there's limited clock faces for the Inspire 3. The stock one it comes loaded with is the one I like the best, and you have THREE whole color theme options (green, orange, purple). There are apps I cannot load onto my Inspire like FitOn, which REALLY irks me off as that's my primary exercise video app (more on that below). My Apple Watch had an app too that synced my heart rate to FitOn. ** Speaking of things the FitBit won't work with... It won't sync any data with Apple Health - I will have to see if my FitBit syncing with the LoseIt! app will do so. ** Exercise videos: There seems to be a good bit to choose from, some are for Premium subscribers only like most apps, which isn't a huge deal. My dislike on this is there is precious little to sort the videos by. My FitOn app I can go by time, equipment needed, body part I want to focus on, and even the trainer. There are 6 filter options on the FitBit app. They have groups such as "no equipment needed" or "weights only" but then there's also ones I came across that require a treadmill or push-up bar, but you don't know that until you click on the video itself. ** Meal ideas are awesome, but on the FitBit app they are all in video format. I don't want to watch a video to get the recipe. I want an ingredients list and directions I can *read*. Looking at a few videos they are short, like 36 seconds, and at no point do they tell you how much to use in the ones I looked at as they are backed by music. Again, I can find recipes in a clear format on my other two apps. My conclusion: I already gave my Apple Watch to my kid, or I'd be very tempted to send this back. Is it worth a Benjamin Franklin? Not really, and especially not when the potentially useful features require me to continue paying a monthly fee. I'd say this is worth perhaps 60 bucks tops, so if you see at that price point, then maybe go for it. TL;DR: If you use other apps already for fitness and food tracking, or are looking for the old school social aspect of FitBit, then you likely should look elsewhere because Google is running the lower end trackers and the app into the ground in hopes that you will price up to the smart watch options. I had hoped that those articles saying as much were being a little dramatic... they're not. Sad day. ... show more
