These fit perfectly in the bottom of my lunch bag and keep everything cool until lunchtime. I’d say good 4 to 5 hours. They’re still cool, but don’t expect them to stay frozen all day long. They are easy to pop in the freezer door, don’t take up much space, and can be wiped down for easy cleanup.

Was skeptical of these because of how thin they are but after using for a year they are holding up and doing a fine job at keeping my lunchbox content cold for 12 hours in 100+ degree weather. I'm not saying these alone keep it cool as they are thin but this allows me to put them on all sides inside my box without taking much room and with a decent box will do what they are designed to.
