This bag is just what I needed for travel! It holds my 17 inch laptop (although tricky to get in) and is roomy enough for my book, notebook, snacks and wristlet. And somehow, it’s not heavy and is comfortable on my shoulder. Made my travel so much easier. Great value for the price! Pretty color.

    • Good size travel bag
I brought this is use as a carry on bag, in addition to my suitcase. I am not a “bag” person. It was perfect for me. It is stylish, has two separate large compartments, and two small compartments for smaller items. I like the zippers and the insulated compartment to put cold items like water, juice boxes, sandwiches, and snacks in. My frozen drinks remained cold for hours, which kept my sandwiches at a cool temperature, so I didn’t need to use an ice pack. The other compartment I was able to put all my toiletries in, sanitizing items, an umbrella, an eyeglass case, and make up case in. I used the small compartments for pocket tissues and ready to use travel Lysol spray. I was able to buy a color that matched my suitcase and I easily attached my travel pillow to this handbag Additionally, it was easy to rest on top of my suitcase when I wanted to give my shoulders a rest. I’m glad about this purchase. I haven’t hand washed it yet but hoping it does well when I do because I’d like to use it again on my next trip. ... show more

    • Dual purpose large bag
This bag has served good purpose between the foil lined side and the other fabric side. The outside has a pretty well constructed quilted like material which I feel would run water off rather easy if it rained. It is not water proof but I feel like it has a good outer shell that would protect your goods. I would be cautious of storing food in the tin size and books in the other as the food may get squished. Just use Tupperware with your food or use it for a couple drinks with a rather flat icy freezer pack. The other side I have used for upwards of 4 text books. It has plenty of room and I really like the little zipper on the outside for easy access for my keys and phone. I chose the darker plum like purple and it’s such a nice lovely classy color. Absolutely love the cooler inside half the purse so I no longer need to take a lunchbox to the office!! So unique! Plenty of space for laptop, phone, chargers and other products! Love it!

When I received my bag, I was happy with the way it looked. I used it once and the zipper broke on one side. I used the form to contact the company so I could get a replacement and did not get a confirmation that they received the form. I waited a week and then emailed the company for a status update. I still have not heard from them. Do not purchase this bag. 9/22/2024 - I received a call from Lisa at Fit and Fresh. She stated they sent an email and a replacement a few weeks ago and UPS showed it was delivered (I live in an apartment building with a package room). I told her I did not receive the email or a notification from UPS. Since I was not in town, I told her I would check when I returned. I checked the package room and found the package. The quality of this bag is much better, hence the change in the rating. Their customer service is good, it's just that they have technical issues that need to be resolved. I am providing information to Lisa regarding the email I sent and other things I noticed that will help them find technical issues that need to be fixed.     • It's ok, just not what I expected.
I bought this product because I was looking for something I can use to carry my laptop as well as my lunch and other items for work. This bag was on sale and it seemed to have what I wanted so I got it. It's a nice bag, pretty and easy to carry, but the one thing it doesn't have is a compartment for a laptop, which was the main reason I wanted it. It doesn't seem like it would be secure for a laptop, unless you have a sleeve for it. If they were using the fact that a laptop could fit into the bag as a selling point, then a compartment for the laptop should be there. I almost sent it back, but decided to keep it and purchase a sleeve instead. It's much better with the sleeve, plus I can fit more stuff in the bag with my computer. As for the other side of the bag, there's no compartment for a cup/water bottle. I guess that's ok if your cup is leakproof, or in a closed bottle or can, but still that's another oversight. I have an old fit and fresh lunch bag already with a cup compartment, so it wouldn't have been much to add one to this bag. Overall it's a nice tote for what I paid for it, and I decided to keep it, but I think it could've been better. ... show more
