My 6 month old loves this!! It’s so calming and I love the colors and the motions of the animals inside. It’s adorable. Seriously so glad we bought this!!!! Our baby stares at it until he falls asleep! I always have it on the forest sounds because I feel like he likes it the most! It’s the cutest thing ever and I love how it illuminates in the crib/room. Where to start? Ok first off this thing is adorable! It is very easy to attach and remove from the side of the crib. When you turn it on the "forest scene" mode, I was delighted to find the little animals move which I didn't know they would do when I purchased it. In projection mode, it projects a starry sky which changes slightly every few seconds. While most sound machines sound very artificial, the music and sounds from this machine are natural and pleasant. I enjoy listening to it while I rock my baby to sleep. An awesome feature I was not expecting is the gradual shut off. The machine will first shut off lights then gradually fade out music so it won't startle your baby awake. I love this device. My 14 month old will now allow me to put her in her crib still awake. It is not a save all. There are times she gets up in the middle of the night and screams for me. She did before I had this. However, it has always been far a few between. She is a good sleeper. She just refused to be placed in her crib awake. She wanted to be rocked fully to sleep. Now at bedtime and if she wakes up she allows me to put her back down awake if this device is on and she drifts back to sleep. I highly recommend this device. ... show more

Music plays a little too loud even when you turn it down especially when you want baby to go to sleep at night time so I couldn’t play it at night could only play it during the day while my grandson was awake. Everything else about it he loves that was the only downfall to it but you do not have to play the music at all which is pretty much what we do with that ... show more

It was a little too bright for my little one, because she wasn’t used to light shining inside the crib while she slept. We’ve used a mounted mobile and an overhead projector (think low blue aquarium-like lighting) ever since she started sleeping in her own crib. Once she was standing and pulling on the mobile we tried switching to this. Unfortunately she didn’t fancy it, and actually would get up to turn it off when she wanted to fall asleep. BUT if it’s something you start your little one with, it’s incredibly adorable and easy to set up, our daughter had no problem figuring out how to activate it (and turn it off). And it runs for 30min. The light isn’t too bright in general, but if you transition to it where your little one didn’t have a similar amount of light, it might take some getting used to. ... show more

Okay this item has been amazing! It is soothing and keeps my baby’s attention. When she wakes up but doesnt want to eat and just wants to be awake, I turn this on and she keeps busy then falls back asleep. She sleeps in her crib in my room and honestly this puts me to sleep too lol.
