Wanted to upgrade from an XL twin to a proper queen bed. One thing in particular I was looking for was a mattress that was firm and had good support. As a larger person (around 350 pounds) this bed is perfect for my needs. Firm but not like a brick, a good size. It's recommended to let it sit out for 24+ hours after opening, but I found it was fine after a few hours and slept on it the same night. I've been extremely happy with the mattress so far. Especially taking into account the price - I feel I made a good decision. Of course it remains to be seen how long it lasts me. If it starts losing firmness after a year that would be unfortunate. But as of now I would absolutely say this mattress is great if you're looking for something affordable and something on the firmer side. This bed wow let me just tell you all the great things about this bed! Fast shipping! Easy to move which means not too heavy when it’s fully expanded. Very very very comfy! No smell. Came with a cutter type thing to cut the packaging without cutting the bed! Beautiful design. I never thought I’d be a firm mattress girly, but I’ll never go back. I sleep better than I have in YEARS. I moved the big box myself (5’3) (125lbs) and after assembling my bed frame slowly cut around the mattress to release just a bit of air so I could unroll it and place it on my bed frame properly then cut the rest of the plastic and watched the magic happen! It started fluffing up immediately and could have been wonderful to sleep on right away, but I did as directed and went camping for Labor Day weekend and came home to it fully fluffed and ready for sleep. I put my nice silkies sheets on and layed down and slept better than I have ever it feels like! The mattress keeps you cool and comfortable. It’s the perfect firmness. I have terrible back problems and I’ve broken my neck and leg so finding something comfortable is hard for me, but it calls me all day while I’m working and I look forward to hopping back in bed and having a nice slumber (: I wake up refreshed, no pain and well rested! Can't see the mattress in the picture but it fits perfectly on the new bedframe I bought also. It's everything I hoped for. I love firm mattresses and this is the most comfortable firm, extra firm, mattress I've slept on in a long time. It doesn't lose shape... so far.
