Bought to install on Vstrom most light and relay combo under hundred are so-so. Wanted a quality mid range to pu on for throwing light down the road and off the side at night for trails. First off quality materials compared to the previous niilight I owned nowhere near as nice as Baja Squadron however 300 versus 80 versus 45. I will be choosing the 80 set as these are good all rounder for most people. Install is fairly easy 2 posted image of their directions for relay with reference. For these lights power draw more geared towards a truck or larger suv with bigger battery/alternator output. Once I get the brackets for my bike or car should be able to gauge night distance for reference. However just from using in my garage blows the niilight away but is able to make a showing against the Baja. Get the bundle over sourcing individually. Used this harness for the Firehawk round spotlights and it was a plug and play installation. The simple wiring diagram in the listing is intuitive and I had the lights installed and wired within an hour. The relays seem to be good quality and the fuses are a nice touch.

    • Useful accessory, but could use improvements
Overall, I'm definitely glad that I bought this with my LED lights. It made setup and installation much easier. I've never installed something like this before, and I was able to figure out it pretty easily with the instructions. For the most part, the cables were more than long enough for setup. I only have 2 complaints: 1. I'd prefer that the positive and negative battery leads, were full rings, instead of open. It made it much harder to attach them to the battery, because they kept slipping while I was tightening the bolt. I'll also have to worry about them whenever I loosen that, to disconnect and reconnect battery terminals. A full ring design would've made the cables stay much easier. 2. The cables by the battery, fuse, and relays were too short. I was able to attach them, but not in an ideal spot. Longer cables for those parts, would've been really useful in attaching the fuse and relays to a better spot. ... show more

The wire harness is just a tad bit short when connecting the two lights on the hood. If it was maybe 4 to 6 inches longer it would have been perfect.

I purchased these along with the firehawk round 4 inch leds. These made the install very easy and I'd have to recommend them with thise lights as they can adjust the different settings for the lights. They're cheap, but well made. I'm happy with the set up.

Had an issue with the Firehawk wiring harness for the Firehawk 4" Pods. Very nice wiring harness but it may have had a bad relay. The Firehawk was super responsive and took care of getting me a replacement harness. Hooked them up and they are great. Love the amber glow and the white light is super bright. These will be great in remote areas and dark highways. Put these on my dual sport motorcycle. Thanks for the great service! ... show more

The harness is a great length to reach lights up to the top of your windshield even on a roof basket on some suvs. The harness connections all seem well put together as well as the quality and gauge of the wiring.
