So it's much tighter than expected, Id say it runs slightly smaller than I planned for. You do want these snug but mine is real snug. It works, like really works, Im sweating within 30 seconds after putting it on. It helps keep me sweating at the gym and helps keep my heart rate up during my workouts. I pretty much always have a sauna suit when I workout, 3-5 days per week. So, I would consider myself a pretty reliable source, as I have purchased countless sauna suits at a wide range of price points. Well, surprisingly, this vest ranks pretty high. The vest is extremely light weight, so I had some concerns with durability. As I stated earlier, I workout with sauna suits 3-5 days a week, so anyone who has owned a sauna suit knows, its taking it on/off where the failure generally occurs. Well this vest has stood the rigors of taking on/off, with a little over a month of daily use with no issues so far. Suit is also light weight and flexible enough to allows me to play 2/3 hours of up and down basketball. Due to its slim form fitting, the suit doesnt restrict movements but helps to generate lots of sweat. I would definitely give 5 stars all around for this suit! ... show more

This did well enough. I definitely get sweatier during my walks and workouts. My only issue is that it feel very flimsy and not well-constructed, so I don't feel like they will last long. I guess I'll update the review it/when it falls apart.

Other reviews noted this one doesn't have the usual heat of other "cheaper" sauna suits, and won't give the same benefit. I HAVE TO DISAGREE. While this shirt doesn't make me hot, I immediately feel the moisture wicking at work, as soon as I've slipped into it (!) I do not expect to take this shirt off in an hour, and find rock hard abs of steel ;-) But you CAN tell that the shirt is working, without making you overheat, and I have no doubt that I will see positive results within 30 days ... show more
