    • A quality office desk
This desk is exactly what I hoped it would be. I've only had it a week or so but so far so good. It's sturdy and moves well. It's also large for those who want/need real estate to work with. My old desk was a lot smaller and so moving to this desk was nice in not having to move my keyboard in order to write in my notepad. One thing of note is that the boxes are heavy so it's probably a good idea to take someone with you to lift it any distance. It was well packaged and even though the desk box was a bit damaged on one corner the actual desk wasn't affected. I did tear open the box a bit on that corner to be sure and was happy to see it was simple box damage. The instructions are fairly clear but a missing one or two helpful steps. For instance, you can mount the height selector switch on either side but that's not all that clear in the instructions. I only know because I noticed the pre-drilled holes on both sides. Also, my unit came with a cord tray that mounts across the back to keep a power strip and your cords organized. That wasn't in the instructions and so I didn't know how to mount it. With a little common sense and taking one's time you can figure it out. There is an optional step of placing screws through the cross piece to hold the desktop to the cross piece at the center point of the desk. I opted not to do this since it apparently required drilling holes for the screws. Not a safe bet if the drill bit went all the way through the desktop right in the center. Best to not take that chance. I found without the center screws there's no loss of stability and the desk seems just a sturdy without them. I wouldn't bother with them. The desk also has two cord plugs which is really nice since your cords can go right or left (or both) for organization. I also noticed there are accessory plugs you can order through Amazon that place a three prong plug in and also with USB slots built in. I'll be ordering two of those in the near future. Also, you can buy small cord keepers and stick them on the side of the desk out of sight and hook your phone charger (for instance) cable in them. Then simply pull it out and plug it in. When you're done with it you just feed it back into the keeper. Nice ways to help organize your cords and you can order the accessories from anyplace on the net. The desk does make sound when it goes up and down but it's a motor, of course it does. No big deal and it's not all that noisy. If you're looking for a quality desk for a decent price it'd be tough to beat this one. ... show more

I’ve been looking for a standing desk for a while and have tried going to stores to try out some of them and I just wasn’t impressed and they were too pricey. I found this desk while doing research and watched some of the video reviews to help me make the decision. I was worried, spending so much on a desk, but again, this was lower priced than other desks I had seen in-store. The desk arrived in two packages arrived a large, yet light one for the top and a smaller and heavier package with the frane. Assembly took about an hour and setting up all of my electronics and my cable management system was done very quick and easy because of the shape and cutouts on the desktop. After having used it for two weeks, I can say that for now this is one of the best purchases that I have made. Not only is this desk sturdy, but it is also very comfortable. The height adjustment is exactly where I need it on both its highest and its lowest points, the surface is somewhat textured, and the motor is quiet. The media could not be loaded. This is a sturdy desk. The height is very adjustable. I am 6’ 2” and this desk raises high enough to work as a standing desk for me. I like that it has the ability to set preset heights that the table can move to with a click of a button. The movement is quick compared to another desk I’ve had in the past.     • Easy to assemble. Damaged surface.

This took me 90 minutes to assemble. I went slowly because when I rush I inevitably mess something up. The only gotcha with assembly was the ‘loosen the screw to expand the crosspiece’ bit. What screw? It took some time, and YouTube before I found that it was actually 6 screws. The very last piece of the base was the bit that hides the cables. We bought the giant size desk, but that piece was obviously for a smaller desk so I had to McGuyver it on. It’s fine, no one will see it. Then, I opened the box with the desktop. There is a quarter size divot in it. The box was fine so it had to have happened at the factory and QA either didn’t happen or didn’t care, this desk was being sold. At this stage I couldn’t box the whole thing back up and return it so I am living with it, covered for eternity by a book or a coffee cup. ... show more

    • Broken in less then 6 months
Was great at first, but has broken in less then 6 months. Is getting and error code that is not on the instructions. Is stuck at a level that I cannot use. Emailed the support and never got an answer.
