I have been using this product for at least 2 months now. I can see and feel good result. I am not loosing a lot weight but lost at least 2 inches on my side and waistline. I usually use them at least 10-15 mins. as soon as I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed at night. I love this product and it does not feel like exercising. Come on baby, lets do the twist! This appears to be a great little product. I felt it working my back muscles, not really my abs as of yet but I just got it. One thing it will help with is balance. It is small and your feet fit closely together. It toook me a minute to be able to get on there without feeling like I was going to fall off.
