We bought this for 6 months and I am writing a review to warn the future customers on this! It was great right after installation. However after 6 months, the cover starts to give out a strong tar smell or benzaldehyde. We had to remove that immediately as I am afraid it is carcinogenic.

I have a 2005 Mercedes E320 with Stone Interior. The Driver's seat had some unsightly wear and tear that was unfortunately far beyond the outstanding condition of the rest of my interior. I tried to find a reasonably priced solution in the used seat market or other seat covers, but everything seemed to be "too cheap" (looking) or far too expensive (with over 200,000 miles the car runs like a champ but isn't worth spending a grand on a new seat. These covers, while "slightly" different in shade (they are more like a pinkish tan color than stone) are close enough that they look factory original. Best of all, even though they are "pleather", they feel really soft and cover the entire seat (Wraparound) for driver and passenger. In other words, for under $200 I got INSTANT SATISFACTION and a solution that removes any and all of my concerns or embarrassment about my "vintage" seat conditions. Installed these on my 2010 Acura MDX. It takes some finesse but they install with some patience and understanding that they're made for a "universal" fit. They look great and will achieve the protection I'm looking for against the sun and 4 kids. As you can see in the pictures it is not the exact same shade of beige but I don't mind at all because there are actually 2 different beiges in the stock interior of this vehicle. You can not "push the butterfly clips through the back side" of the seat due to the covering but you can make it work by feeling around for anywhere the clips will slide through and then flatten into a secure place. The second row was even more tricky but I honestly just found random spots to hook or clip onto and I'm satisfied! ... show more

A few tings left out by other reviewers, 1) the 'tan' seat covers are very light in color. i would call it cream with a slight yellowish tinge that i did not like. if they offered a brown, it would probably have been a closer match to my seats. 2) the padding is very minimal, disappointing and probably won't hold up for long. 3) the head rest covers should go straight to the trash; 4) getting these seat covers very tightly strapped in is key to your liking/success with the product and i just couldn't get these covers well-enough secured into place. they were gonna be loose and sliding all over ... nah ... returned. ... show more

WOW! Super nice! I've gotten do many compliments on them and everyone including are amazed with the comfort. You feel like you're driving a new car! It was easy to get the covers on, but confusing on what to do with the discs and metal. Rackets. I called the customer service line because there are no instructions for this installation. The manuel for installing is under the company's name on you tube. They show you how to connect the straps to the seat. The only problem with my order was that one tab was missing on the lower seat cover and so I could not connect the bityom to the top so I used a metal bracket to reinforce that side. Its very minor and has not caused problems. If you are thinking about these covers you should watch the videos because you'll see first hand how extra special these covers are. ... show more

My RX300 1999 front leather seats were wearing and cracking. Patched them sever times and was also using small seat and back cushions that do not stay in place when getting in and out the vehicle. Decided to try these. Bought them about 3 months ago, installation for fairly easy, color is a close match, and so far they stay in place and are working. UPDATE: After nearly a year on my seats, noticed that the raised seams on the left side of the driver's seat were wearing down from getting in and out of the vehicle. Covers still work OK. Would have been much better to have those seams on the inside of the covers. ... show more

So far I really like it. I am a healthcare worker with cloth seats and wanted leather seats so I can wipe it down after coming home from the hospital. I actually have black cloth seats but always wanted beige. This really change the look of the cabin. It feels slightly more elegant. The "leather" is soft and clean, even though I bought it used. Was only available as front seats but I don't mind the much because I almost never have people in the back. Easy to clean and serves its purpose! Once we placed the seat covers on our 2007 Ford Expedition, we noticed it was a tight fit in the driver and passenger. Even though it took two of us to fit it just right it came out looking beautiful. The texture and comfort is more than we wanted, our kids love it and so does my husband. The only issue we had was the captain seats. Since they are skinnier and has a smaller frame I figured it would of fit better than the front seats. The seat covers are now a bit too big also since our captain seats fold flat our head rest is unable to put the head covers on since it has a folding joint on the head rest. The only thing I believe they can improve on is the style of the head rest cover. Other than that my family loves them, they keep saying how soft and comfortable it adds to the truck.
