This desk is exactly what I had hoped it would be. There’s ample tabletop space and the additional riser with storage drawers surpassed my expectations. This desk looks sleek and is functional for both use and design. I purchased the brown desk and found it a bit lighter than I expected. It’s darker than a blonde oak but lighter than the ash oak flooring I have at home. Regardless, it offers a nice aesthetic which is important to me. Functionally this desk works beautifully! The motor is quiet enough and there is 0 jerking of my desktop items when I use it for stand or sit positions. The three programmed settings offer enough variability for my use and it was easy to program. There’s a ton of space on the desk top and the riser adds to the real estate. My two monitors and laptop can fit on the riser with room to spare and I have ample desktop space for my keyboard, mouse, and to write notes. Assembly by myself took quite some time. I needed help lifting the unit once the wood was attached to the frame but assembled alone otherwise. The instructions were photos but descriptive enough to figure out. Plenty of hardware and pre drilled holes aligned as needed. While it’s an assemble your own product, I felt like the materials are quality enough that this desk will last some time. I am happy with the quality of this desk! It is the best desk I have ever owned. The three drawers offer ample storage space for all of my office supplies, and the L-shaped design provides plenty of room for my computer and other items. What I appreciate most about this desk is its electric standing feature, which allows me to easily switch between sitting and standing positions throughout the day. This has really helped to reduce strain on my back and legs, and I feel much more productive as a result. The desk is also incredibly easy to adjust, thanks to its triple motor system. It moves up and down smoothly and quickly, and I have had no issues with it getting stuck or jammed. One minor thing I did was to drill holes in the back so I could run wires for my laptop, keyboard, and docking station through it. This was a simple process, and the desk is now completely organized and clutter-free. Was worried cause a few reviews that had the pink desk said their wood was damaged thankfully I seemed to have no issues. Tho the box was super heavy so I do think their carriers might have dropped their box's tbh or maybe they were just unlucky. Anyways back to my desk I only encountered a few issues there was at least 6 missing holes and 2 of these cap things to screw in the last wood piece but it's no big deal for me on that. I made new holes where they were needed to screw everything in place. Also the led lights I got they are beautiful but some of the sticky part it was already peeled off and when I tried to pull it apart it did not do it right so kinda ruined the whole thing but I went and bought double sided tape and reused the kinda crappy sticky part to apply it underneath. Speaking of sticky part had the same issue when sticking the up and down system on it did not peel off right but really no big deal at all. This took me 5 hours to build the whole entire bottom/top base of the desk and doing the wiring. I did the shelf part the next day which took me a hour. Keep in mind I was building this desk entirely by myself so it's why it took me so long. But all in all this is a beautiful desk and im super happy with it. The standing desk is easy to assemble if you read the instructions right. I ended up not looking which way I wanted to assemble it and I did it wrong, you just have to look at the instructions to see which way you want to assemble it. Overall it's nice and sturdy with LED lights. I like how much space it has to have papers spread out and the added tablespace on top to put my PC. ... show more

    • Painful to build and doesn't work

This desk was one of the most frustrating pieces of furniture I've ever had to assemble. On top of that once it was built the desk would not work, continuously giving error code E04. The company (who I am I believe about 34-35 emails back and forth deep with) sent a replacement control box, which showed same thing, error code E04. They then sent a whole new frame, that once built, shows the same thing. I am giving 2 stars for the responsiveness of the company but I would advise everyone to avoid this desk at all costs. Lowered to 1 star after giving up on trying to solve the issues with the desk. Waste of almost $600, save your money and buy something else. ... show more
