I am very impressed with this Fantasy Plus Pro display shelving. I ordered two for my wall space. They arrived very well packaged. Inside the box everything was secured very well, with all items (including the leg segments) individually wrapped for protection. The shelves and lights are pre-assembled for simplicity. Assembly is straightforward, building successive layers with leg segments and shelf sections. Included with the hardware was one extra bolt of each type just to be sure... a sign of quality for me. Once you assemble the shelf, simply plug in the power harness, connect to the power brick, and light it up. The first one took me about 30 minutes to assemble. The second was about 20 minutes. The included remote control will control both of my shelves simultaneously, very convenient. All in all, a very sturdy, well built display shelf with multiple lighting options which now looks great in my living room. ... show more

this is the best shelf I've ever used. First off, I am very happy that it does not have a strong chemical smell because I had this problem with a different piece of furniture from Amazon. The shelf is easy to assemble (there was actually someone who designed this to be easy), then it looks great once you have finished building it (in 15-20 minutes). The built in lights are amazing, you get this overall museum quality look to whatever you display on the shelf. This turned out to be a perfect display unit for our very small space. The product is well-made and the lighting and remote work well. Couldn't be happier with the end result. In spite of some reviews to the contrary, construction was quick and easy--once I ignored the mislabeled instructions. It went together really well and fast. Build quality is better than expected, to be honest. The one quirk: the manual power button is a foot switch, and it can also be turned on and the brightness managed by the remote. Truthfully, though, the foot switch is actually a bit of a problem, because if you use it you still have to go to the remote to adjust brightness, and because the switch doesn't seem to be mechanical, my smart switch can only turn it off, not on. I've tried using the foot switch to on, then using the smart outlet, but it won't turn on. I suppose if I were more electrically inclined I could take the foot switch out of the loop, but I'm not that good! So, even though I can run most everything else in our place with our smart speaker, I have to use the remote for the display. I suppose it's kind of a first world problem, but it is an annoyance. That said, if this isn't an issue for you, as it is for me, then I would not hesitate to purchase it. It's a really nice piece! ... show more
