SO FAR, SO GOOD!!! PERFORMS NICELY, looks good, feels good and I love that I can hook it up to multiple devices in my studio!!! It is a lot smaller than I expected but that ended up being a bonus in my case because its saves me more desk space for other equipment... Only thing I didnt like, is that only the keyboard switches between multiple devices through the 3 top button selectors. If you have them both on blue tooth mode and switch to a different computer only the keyboard switches over and the mouse stays on the 1ST computer you paired it too. I had to manually unpair the mouse and then manually pair it to the 2nd computer I selected every time i switched over and that gets really annoying! Unless I missed something, i dont think it can switch both mouse and keyboard at the same time!! I just connected the USB dongle for the mouse on my 2nd computer and when I switched the selector button on the keyboard, I turn off the bluetooth button on the bottom and it switches to my 2nd pc via USB so they both are on my 2nd pc. Then I hit the keyboard selector again and turn the bluetooth back on to go back to my IMac 27 inch. Kind of a hassle but it works, dont know what I am going to do for my 3rd device a (Macbook Pro)... I wish it switched both mouse and keyboard together via bluetooth mode but I couldnt figure that out! Im still happy with the purchase, cant really complain for the price!!! ... show more

I bought this to accompany my engineering laptop since I always seem to drag my thumb on the track pad while typing. The keyboard has a "solid" high quality fell and can change the backlit colors. The mouse is not as nice as a high quality Logitech, but it is high quality. No need to worry about batteries since both the keyboard and mouse can be charged through a USB 3.0 and USB "C" cable (included). I've run the keyboard and mouse over 80 hours with out even a top off charge. I also purchased a small neoprene pouch for the keyboard and mouse. All this goes into a back pack I take with me on my consulting gigs. Highly recommend to others for purchase. ... show more

I was so happy when I finally received my mini keyboard. When I turn on the light. I was kinda disappointed. The lights didn't really cover the entire keys. It was mostly in the middle. And when I plugged in the USB charging cord, it didn't really fit in correctly. It was loose. So I couldn't really charge it. Since the light went out and it stop working. I return it. And try to get my money back for the extra protection plan that I had bought from ASURION. They gave me a difficult time, and insist that my identity was incorrect. Not sure hows that's possible. If that's the case, then Amazon would not able to verify my info and give me my refund. I had no problem proving my identity with Amazon. So I have no clue what the ASURION customer service was talking about. Also while I was trying to ask the lady from ASURION why my identity info was incorrect, she hung up on me. Wow, so unprofessional. I will never buy an ASURION protection plan again. Amazon customers, be careful. ASURION gave me the runaround when I requested my $3.99 refund. Imagine if it cost $100 or more. (I will never buy Asurion, LLC ever again!!) I don't need the headache. ... show more

I buy a lot of different keyboard and mouse sets. If you ask, why? It is my arthritis that makes life difficult sometimes. So I try different things. This wireless set is very nice. I like the color and size of keyboard and the fact that it is backlit is one good reason to buy it. The mouse also has a backlit to it as well. The keyboard pauses the light when not in use for a while. They both take charges from a USB cord. Also they flash when power is running low. UPDATE: I've been using this keyboard for over 6 months now and have some added notes. First, I've decided the soft mouse clicking is an issue and I would not recommend this combo to someone who does precise work like Photoshop, though it does just fine for normal web browsing and more average computer work. Also, when I first boot up my computer and start using the mouse, it can sometimes take 10-15 seconds to "wake up" and start working. That might not seem like much time but it is definitely noticeable and annoying. Last, the battery life for the keyboard backlighting has significantly shortened. It used to seem to last a good two weeks, and now seems to last only a few days to a week. The keyboard itself will function for weeks and weeks on one charge, but the backlighting that I bought this specific combo for is now noticeably short-lived. Overall I dropped my score one point down to 3 stars. These annoyances aren't enough to make me replace this yet and I still actually like it, but when the time comes for a replacement I will be looking elsewhere. If you really like the features of this combo and are a more casual computer user you will probably be content, but if you need crisp and precise mouse control or will use the backlighting a lot I recommend you look elsewhere too. ORIGINAL REVIEW: ---------------------- Note: Be aware that you NEED Bluetooth for the keyboard. The mouse will work with either Bluetooth or the USB dongle. I needed to replace the portable keyboard and mouse I had been using with my laptop. Since I originally purchased that combo, I had realized that I really needed backlighting on the keyboard for working in dim environments. I’m pleased to report that this little combo very nicely fills the bill! Since both use Bluetooth, I was also able to do away with the USB dongle and free up an additional USB port on my laptop. Setup on both my Windows 10 laptop and my iPad was pretty easy. You can connect these to up to three devices. The keyboard is slim and super portable with crisp, clean keystrokes. The mouse has multiple DPI settings, although the left and right mouse buttons are slightly on the soft side but tolerable—I actually do a lot of Photoshop work and it has not been an issue, though I would have preferred crisper clicking. I don’t think the average computer user would even notice. The mouse wheel is smooth with a comfortable level of “clicking.” The backlighting is very nice! You can adjust both the color and the brightness of the backlighting on the keyboard, but only the color on the mouse. These only took a couple hours to fully charge and were both going strong two weeks later when I recharged them only to be sure I didn’t experience a battery outage for a university lecture. The manual claims that without backlighting the charge will last 300 hours(!), but only 5-6 hours with continual backlight use. I used the backlighting intermittently for the mentioned couple weeks with no need to recharge. I haven’t tested these limits yet but will update my review if needed. Why doesn’t this combo get five starts? Issues (besides the previously mentioned soft mouse clicks) are minor. The biggest is that I couldn’t easily switch between my Windows 10 laptop and my iPad. I basically had to go into the Bluetooth settings and reconnect (though NOT re-set-up the device) every time. This was a minor but nevertheless irritating inconvenience. Also, if you turn the keyboard off and on it will remember your selected backlighting color, but the mouse will not. This would be less of an issue with the mouse except for the fact that the default backlighting is a continuously flowing rainbow that, while fairly subtle, some might find distracting. (Note: To turn the backlighting off on the mouse, simply hold down the backlight switching button for a few seconds.) The bottom line, especially if you will not be switching between devices a lot, is that any complaints are quite minor. This is a very nice and compact Bluetooth combo with very pleasant backlighting. I’ll update my review if battery life warrants it, but so far so good. A very solid four stars! ... show more
